Article Preview

Abstract:

This article focuses on the topics of excraction of Zanthoxylum alatum seed oil, which have the positive significance to maintain the human health. The author used Zanthoxylum alatum seeds as the raw material, by macerate extraction method, found that the levels of extractive temperatures, extractive strengths and extractive time are significant to the extractive effect. Through the results of orthogonal experiment, the author’s conclusion is that the best combination of extraction for Zanthoxylum alatum seed oil is: the extractive strength is 99.5%, the extractive temperature is 80°C and the extractive time is 2h.
