Introduction The I-III-VI2 ternary compounds can crystallize in the tetragonal chalcopyrite structure and form a large number of semiconducting materials.
No grain boundary could be visually observed, and Miyake reported the Laue pattern of CuGaSe2 single crystal grown by the identical THM [10].

Based on the conditions, superfine cement which is chosen from a number of different plugging agents is generally regarded as preferred material in deep water plugging.
The median grain diameter of SHD is 10.4μm and SCC is 13.7 μm.

While commercialization of 4H -SiC is aggressively pursued by leading suppliers of SiC substrates, structural defects such as micropipes, low angle grain boundaries, stacking faults, threading edge dislocations, basal plane dislocations and threading screw dislocations limit the device yield and performance.
The top three drivers are the graphite hotzone, number of wafers per boule and boule run yield.

The small punch tests have been successfully applied in a number of recent studies [9-13] covering zirconium alloy, stainless steels, and aluminium alloys.
Primary α grains (dark), acicular α phase (needle-like) and β phase are evident in the microstructures (Fig. 1 (a)).

Here, io represents the exchange current density; aα , the anodic charge transfer coefficient; z, the charge transfer number; F, Faraday constant; R, the ideal gas constant; T is the temperature.
In our recent work, it is suggested that the ceramic reinforcements prevent the grain growth and the resulting fine microcrystallite enhances the mechanical properties such as yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation.
