Many studies have been carried out on the titanium pigment inorganic coating, which mainly focused on cladding process, structure and the film morphology analysis, but very few on the effect of dispersion and surface potential[5].
In addition, the dispersion of titanium dioxide in the medium, the mechanism of titanium dioxide coated by zirconium, silicon and aluminum, and the surface structure of capsule were investigated.
Arabian Journal of Chemistry, 2010, 3: 279–283 [5] J.Godnjavec, B.Znoj, N.Veronovski, et al.

Introduction
Harmony originally means “the simultaneous combination of tones, esp. when blended into chords pleasing to the ear; chordal structure, as distinguished from melody and rhythm”[1].
After all, society is “a highly structured system of human organization for large-scale community living that normally furnishes protection, continuity, security, and a national identity for its members”[1].
Environmental Engineering, Environmental Chemistry and Biology, Environmental Safety and Health, Environmental Planning and Assessment, etc. should work together and strive for “harmony”, a destination that we are talking about.

It indicates that chemical structure of the four samples is relatively stable before the temperature.
Since molecular structure of antibacterial agents includes double reactive bonds which can react with high molecular weight of polyethylene during modification blending at the temperature of 150℃, thermolysis property of the whole polymer material is modified.

This can be explained by a change in the EVA macromolecules structure.
Secondly, with an increase of vinyl acetate groups, the sevilen macromolecules structure changes: they turn first into fringed micelles, and then into a ball.

By observing the emitted gaseous compounds, the structure and the formation process of the byproduct layer were discussed.
After waiting for the decrease and finally the depletion of gaseous compound emission, the chlorine trifluoride gas at less than 5 % was introduced for evaluating the structure and reactivity of the byproduct layer.

Recently, many research works have been started with different combinations of natural and synthetic fibers for the application of secondary structures in the automotive industry, packaging, aerospace, sports and others [4].
However, the lower water absorption of 15/15 KG-UPE composite might be attributed to some hydrophilic nature of kenaf which has the cellulose and lignin containing free hydroxyl group in its structure.
