The transition from SSC to LSC affects the stress field in the vicinity of the crack tip or notch root.
The analysis cases and elastic properties are listed in Table 1 [5].
Table 1 Material properties and elastic stress singularities [5] Elastic Property Creeping Property Case Material E [MPa] v A [MPa -n h-1] n λ elstress Elastic material (Au) 78000 0.44 - - GOP Creeping material (Solder) 50000 0.30 1 x 10-9 5.84 -0.002 Elastic material (Ti) 115000 0.32 - - BAP Creeping material (Solder) 50000 0.30 1 x 10-9 5.84 0.049 The creeping property is assumed to obey the power law constitutive equation: n Aσε =& , (1) where ε& and σ are the von Mises equivalent strain rate and stress, respectively.
The stress intensity in the creep zone is formulated as: cr stressWr K cr y y λ σ )/( * * = , (6) where σy * is the normalized stress near the interface edge, Ky *cr is the normalized creep stress intensity factor and λ cr stress is the creep stress singularity.
Figure 6 shows the change of the creep stress intensity factor near the interface edge of GOP and BAP.

In theory, the filling factors of square and hexagonal aperture micro-lens arrays are more than 95% by reducing unit gaps.
The light-field distribution in the photoresist layer affects exposure.
Because the mechanical ability and optical property of photoresist micro-lens are bad, we need to use ion etching to transfer micro-lens pattern to the surface of quartz substrate.
Conclution This article studies the optical properties of square aperture spherical micro-lens array made via laser mutative does exposure, establishes the theory mode of light amplitude in the photoresist and verifies the academic mode through emulation technology and experimental methods.

It implies that the design has a minimum safety factor of 2.
It is known that one of the main PP shortcomings is its low resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation, which results in destabilization of the physical properties during operation, decrease in physical mechanical and electric properties of polymers in products, as well as color change.

Using high temperature fly ash for his pozzolan properties to cement composite production is known a few years ago.
However, this fly ash has same pozzolan properties as has high temperature fly ash, this type is not using for production of cement composites.
Introduction For many years now, high temperature fly ash is used in concrete’s technology for its advantageous – especially pozzolanic – properties and many researchers are trying to its maximal applicability as admixtures for concrete production [1].
A very important factor that significantly affects the temperature development during cement’s hydration in surrounding environment’s temperature.

Tensile tests show consistent stress-strain properties.
The obtained results from this study is the length of the lap splices of 1.3 ld and 1.2 ld useing quality of concrete K-400 can meet the mechanical properties of reinforcing steel for the collapse that occurred in the reinforcing steel.
The ratio of the tensile strength of the grade B reinforcing splices to the the average mechanical properties of reinforcing steel strength is 58.19 / 59.42 = 0.98%.
Class B splices value of 1.3 ld has satisfied the mechanical properties of the reinforcing steel.
Therefore, the critical splice length can be predicted from FRP bar mechanical properties and a few splice test results.

Furthermore, surfaces with a very good surface integrity in terms of low surface roughness Ra < 0.2 µm and heat affected zones with a thickness of near to 0 µm can be obtained through highly developed finishing technologies.
High energy consumption of broaching machine tools decreases the economic factor in addition.

Their mechanical properties are different from position to position.
In geological problems, high temperature and high pressure deep in the earth’s crust will affect strength and deformability of rocks.
Meanwhile, some other thermal properties of soils and rocks, such as thermal expansion, will also cause stress alteration.

The surface’s particular properties are dictated by its non-symmetric bonds.
The laser output power is considered to be the main factor controlling the dilution [7].
The overlap zone between adjacent tracks with high dilution level in In1 specimen shows clear signs of dilution of the cladding and the substrate, which affects the dendritic structure of the layer (Fig. 3, right side)t.
Positive values on the X axis represent the height of the cladding, whereas the negative ones denote points below the original surface level; in the heat-affected zone (HAZ).

Instruction Rimming fixture is an important part of production process of car engine hood, which ensures that the shape, size and accuracy of entire engine hood meet the technical requirements of product drawings, at the same time, degree of automation of which is still the key factor of influencing automobile batch production.
According to this characteristic, this paper uses the CATIA3D software to design a mechanical structure of robot rimming fixture for car engine hood, which has very important significance on standardization of design, shortening of the design cycle and reduction of manufacturing cost.
Conclusions The quality of fixture scheme affects the precision of car engine hood, rimming property and production efficiency.
Pursuant to good design of fixture shall have reasonable structure, simple machanism, high positioning accuracy, easy operation, safe use, easy manufacture and maintenance, low cost, good manufacturing process and high mechanical efficiency.
