In engineering practice, however, it has been found if the stress changed, solid materials used to have “instant” strain, which would be different as time changed.

Introduction
Nano materials are such an excellent material that in the past few years, materials with nano structures have attracted much interest due to their remarkable physical and chemical properties.
Since these nano sized materials have many advantages, part of it is they have a high surface area compared to micro sized materials and high solubility.
Among these superior nanostructure materials, TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide) nanostructures have emerged as one of the most promising materials due to its stability, non-toxicity and low cost [1].
Materials and the Preparation of TiO2 solutio Sol-gel method was used in order to prepare TiO2 solution.

In this paper Al2024 - T3 is for the workpiece materials, and Johnson - Cook (J - C) strength model to describe the workpiece material.Material properties of Al2024-T3 as shown in Table 1[14] JC strength model commonly used to simulate the dynamic behavior of metal materials from the low strain rate to under high strain rates, the model uses variables product relationship to describe strain, strain rate and the influence of the temperature.

Abstract.Copper is important to the national economy as a kind of raw material, the Copper metal with higher purity is got by electrolysis in generally.
Fig.2 A section of copper starting sheet element model Fig.3 A section of straighening roll element model in ANSYS/LS-DYNA The problem of materal and non-linear The material of starting sheet is pure copper.
The corresponding materials parameters:Mass density(8.9e-6), Modulus of elasticity(1.1e5), NUXY (0.33), Yield stress(70), Shear modulus(48000). [5] Imposed constraints and load The rigid straightening roller has been imposed constraints before defined of material properties .The translational movement of the rigid body is constrained in three directions and two rotational displacement .Because the copper starting sheet is constrainted by positioning device in the real production process, so the displacement in the z direction can be seen as 0.The copper sheet is load into previous before copper sheet enter into straightening roller. After it go through straightening machine ,so there is the initial velocity.
