The bulging process for multi-branch tubes is to drive the tubular blank to expand outward along the radial direction under pressure, depending on the plastic properties of the tube materials.
The tubular blank parameters are optimized, whilst process factors such as friction, balance force were analyzed.
Fig. 1 Compound forming of Fig. 2 Tube blank Fig. 3 Finite Fig. 4 Thickness T-branch tube dimensions element model reduction during forming Determination of tubular blank parameters Tubular blank parameters analysis and experimental design The main blank parameters affecting the forming process are initial tube length l0, initial wall thickness t and die entry radius R
Values of die entry radius directly affect the choice of t and l0.
For above reasons, the factor of l0 is laid out with four levels of 96,104,112 and 120.

Inspection of typical device wafers reveals an impressive range of colours
and light scattering phenomena, raising questions about how such properties will affect a heating
cycle driven by optical energy.
This example demonstrates the key point that whenever a heat source temperature is different from the wafer temperature, the optical properties of the wafer will affect the thermal response of the wafer.
Different methods of heating are affected in different ways by the variations in optical properties.
Fig. 10 shows that coatings of silicon over silicon dioxide strongly affect the thermal radiative properties of a silicon wafer, in this case the total hemispherical absorptance and emittance.
Clearly, there are many choices for reducing the impact of pattern effects, and the solution selected will depend on the nature of the temperature cycle required, the products being processed and several economic factors.

Physicochemical properties of fresh–original base AP-5 bitumen.
Following various ATSM standards, the effect of multiple doses of calcined CBP (e.g., 5, 10, and 15 wt. %) on the physical properties of base AP-5 asphalt was studied in detail.
The effects of various fractions of calcined CBP on the physical properties of fresh–original base AP-5 bitumen are recapitulated in Figs. 6, 7, 8, and 9.
The viscosity of a specific dispersion depends generally upon certain factors such as the hydrodynamic interactions between the dispersed particles and the continuous fluid medium and the attractions between particles that provoke the genesis of floccules, aggregates, and networks, which in turn promote their Brownian motions [10].

The overall performance measure resPM is
calculated according to the following formula:
1
** 21
2
211 ==
+= aaPMaPMaPMres . (6)
The weighting factors ai could be used to change the influence of the to sub models on resPM .
Design 3G3 has only slightly worse mechanical properties but a much smaller resPM .
This affects not only the approximation model itself, but also the optimization algorithm.

It is shown that the thermal diffusion significantly affects the impurity distribution, resulting in the appearance of supersaturated or depleted regions.
In other papers [4] it was noted that the interaction of particle beams with matter of target leads to formation of mechanical stresses, which are caused by a number of processes.
Apparently, during the treatment of materials with coatings, multilayer materials with substantially different thermophysical properties of layers etc., the phenomenon of thermodiffusion can lead to new physical effects [5].
Because treatment processes are multiple-factor, and it is necessary to take into account many of physical effects in the models, the mathematical modeling of real treatment processes is labor consuming problem.
In the general case, the problem is nonlinear, and all properties (thermal conductivity coefficients, the heat capacity, the diffusion coefficients and thermodiffusion coefficients) are functions of temperature and composition.

In addition to fatigue wear, ropes demonstrate other factors which determine their durability, such as fuel volumetric wear manifested in the form of abrasions and/or corrosion, and geometric wear in the form of deformation and changes in the geometric parameters [14].
Assessment of the level of rope wear caused by damage such as abrasions, corrosion, and especially fretting, requires considerable experience of the evaluator, as the nature of the signal depends also on the type of rope, how it works, and a number of other factors such as the type of measuring head and sensors used.
Those factors may significantly affect the nature and value of the recorded signal.
Lay length affects the mechanical properties of a rope.
It has a major impact on the so-called mechanical efficiency, the value of the modulus of transverse elasticity and the Young modulus, and the value of the untwisting torque.

The best forging temperature must consider both the forming property of the alloy and dies life, strength.
Both billet and die are taken into consideration in this paper because severe hot load and mechanical load were acted on die in the isothermal forging process.
It is approved that the working temperature affected the die working life greatly during superalloy isothermal forging process.

Abstract.
The accidents cause a very big loss to people's life and property.
Although the highway becomes the important factor to promote the development of national economy rapidly, the rising of highway traffic accidents and mortality brings many adverse effects to people's life, property safety and stable development of social economy.
The embedded intelligent detection and security technology are used in the intelligent vehicle guidance system, which are not affected by the variety of the fog concentration.
The features of the PIC18F458 are shown as follows: (1) High performance RISC CPU: Linear program memory addressing up to 2 Mbytes Linear data memory addressing up to 4 Kbytes Up to 10 MIPs operation 4MHz-10MHz osc/clock input with PLL active 16-bit wide instructions, 8-bit wide data path (2) Peripheral features: High current sink/source 25 mA/25 mA Three external interrupt pins Four high performance Timers Capture/Compare/PWM modules 10-bit, up to 8-channel analog-to-digital converter module (3) CAN bus module features: Message bit rates up to 1 Mbps Conforms to CAN 2.0B Conclusions The highway intelligent vehicle guidance system can ensure the vehicles driving safely and be not affected by visibility change in the fog area.
