Introduction Sialon ceramic could be obtained by a number of routes, including sintering of carbothermally derived powders or direct solid-state reaction of nitrides and oxides in nitrogen atmosphere.
Zirconia particles consisted of the numerous numbers of tiny nanocrystallites, some extremely fragmented particles showed amorphous structure and were not identified by the electron diffraction pattern.
It is concluded that significant destruction of crystalline lattice took place, with the formation of the new grain boundaries and/or dislocations, however, various susceptibilities of the mixture component to deformation were found.

We can admit that the resulting transfer reaction is achieved in two intermediate stages, one of dissociation and adsorption and the other of steel dissolving [2]: {N2}↔2Nad (1) 2Nad↔2[N] (2) {N2}↔2[N]; (3) In evacuation and casting, the steel oxidizes at its surface – the content of [O] increases – so the number of free spaces n is lowered and thus the absorption of nitrogen is slowed down, yet the content of [N] increases.
The negative influence of nitrogen in steel is manifested in the following reasons: reduces the plasticity and toughness of the steel, in combination with hydrogen contributes to the emergence of air holes in cast steel, it causes steel aging through deposition of nitrides at the boundaries of the structural grains [2].
Conclusions The investigations carried out on the nitrogen removal efficiency in the steel bath and their analysis lead to a number of conclusions, namely: 1) By the same MATLAB program processing data on the bubbling (Db, Tb, Pb) that were processed in Excel, graphical presentation of twin correlations resulting from triple correlation, it has a maximum point and allows choosing subdomains for the processing parameters to obtain values ​​for nitrogen removal efficiency as close to the maximum value, the correlation coefficient R=0.8952 and the deviation from the regression surface: S=3.7127% confirm the validity of this correlation; the effect of the combined influence of bubbling parameters on nitrogen removal efficiency lead to higher values ​​for this parameter (ηN=37.6433% - triple correlation, ηN=38.4517% - double correlation for T=Tmed, ηN=38.2685% - double correlation for P=Pmed, ηN=39.3412% - double correlation D=Dmed) compared with those obtained from simple correlations. 2

The grain outline of MHSS was clear, and the matrix structure was some martensite lath beams.
The number and size of pitting pits increased with the increase of Cl- concentration, which indicated that the pitting corrosion resistance of the MHSS decreased with the increase of ion concentration.
The size of the pitting pit was randomly, therefore, it was mainly based on the number of pitting pits to judge the pitting corrosion resistance of alloys under different Cl- concentrations.
