Introduction Various kinds of dielectric ceramic for microwave telecommunications, satellite-broadcasting systems and great number of personal communication systems have been developed during last decades [1].
The defects can be minimized by optimizing the grain size distribution of these powder mixtures that in turn can be obtained by a suitable procedure in the grinding process.

In the beginning, the non-equilibrium phase in samples’ surface was corroded and dissolved, such as alloy and grain boundary glass phase, which was dissolved completely with leaching experiments proceeding.

Earlier research results show that the toughness of Cr/NbCr2 alloy can be improved by fine grain toughening and soft second phase toughening through mechanical alloying and hot pressing technology[9].
It can be assumed that the pore is mostly close pore in alloy .The reason of the increase of the relative density with the extension of annealing time is the disappearance of the small pore and decrease of the number of pore[12] .
