Introduction Various kinds of dielectric ceramic for microwave telecommunications, satellite-broadcasting systems and great number of personal communication systems have been developed during last decades [1].
The defects can be minimized by optimizing the grain size distribution of these powder mixtures that in turn can be obtained by a suitable procedure in the grinding process.

From the grain-size distribution, it is seen that both types are medium compacted sands.

Earlier research results show that the toughness of Cr/NbCr2 alloy can be improved by fine grain toughening and soft second phase toughening through mechanical alloying and hot pressing technology[9].

This was due to the fluorine atoms acting as donor-type impurities and increasing the number of free electrons.

The results of compositions determined for a number of SiCN fibers grown at 1650°C are depicted in Fig. 4.
In the cubic SiCN, the interplanar spacing was 0.655nm, and the grain was growing along [100].
