Introduction
Because of the Palladium alloy membrane diffusion process has the unique purification
performance, it was better to compared for other physical method or chemistry method, and it was
the main methods to prepare for High Purity Hydrogen and extract the hydrogen isotope, purify the
separation at present [1].
Tube wall stress condition tube design parameter, mould structure size, mould rotation speed and tube nose pulling force influence.
But the tube design parameter is passed the hydrogen performance the restraint, the mould structure size also with difficulty changes, tube nose pulling force size direct correlation and mould rotation speed, therefore, the thin wall narrow tube circles in the system process control essence is controls the electrical machinery rotational speed to control the mould the rotation speed, from mechanics angle considered is controls the tube nose pulling force the size.

Characterization of microcapsules
The structure morphology and entire distribution of the BPF in microcapsules with 5 layers were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscope in Fig. 1.
No drug dissolution was found but a simple and dispersed structure of the microcapsules was formed.

When the film after dried at 350

cooled slowly to room temperature, no porous structure could be obtained.
The porous buffer layer was not filled with the coating solution and was not densified either so that the porous structure was maintained during the subsequent heat treatment.
The cooling speed of the drying process and combination of chemistry of the solution yielded two different characteristic morphologies.

Abstract.
This work will focus on the substitutional doping whereby the dopant element was introduced and replace the position of cation without changing the crystal structure.
It can be clearly observed that all the fingerprint peaks of (111), (200), (220), (311) and (222) are easily identifiable and matched to the MgO cubic structure (ICDD No. 03-065-0476).

In a very long time, there maintains the coexistence situation of cooperation and opposition between partners.Based on analyzing the evolutionary game model of knowledge transferring behavior, we know that long-term balance structure of cooperation behavior evolvement between cooperative partners reflect cooperation trend, may be cooperation completely or not.
The lower the initial cost paying for cooperation is, the stronger wish to cooperation the partners have, and the better chemistry between the partners have.
It means the higher the professional knowledge structure and the knowledge management capacity, the more favor for choosing knowledge transferring stratgy for partners.
