Introduction
The Optimization Decision Method of science and technology industrialization projects is the important work of science and technology management content.
Through the optimization government departments can make more rational allocation of resources, manpower, material and financial resources, to achieve efficient decision-making and project management, to improve the success rate, faster and better promote scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces.
Science and technology industrialization projects have a prominent feature of many risk factors, serious risk consequences.

It is composed of two elastic, isotropic and homogenous materials that are perfectly bonded along the interface.
The material above the interface is termed material 1 and the material below is termed material 2.
There are interfacial cracks (the crack positioned at the interface between two materials), crack embedded in material 1 (case 1) and lastly, cracks formed in the materials 2 (case 2).
Crack deflection is another important issue especially when interfacial crack appeared in dissimilar materials or structures.

When comparing both materials it can be observed that they are similar, with a small advantage in performance for the 240 mm beam.
Analysing the materials under the microscope it couldn’t be observed any imperfection.

Superabsorbent polymer materials have recently caught the attention of research circles to be used as coating materials to produce CRU.
However, the preparation steps are quite complex and the raw materials involved are quite expensive.

When microwave spreads in aqueous materials, water molecules will cause orientation polarization because of microwave filed effect.
But in ordinal material the relative permittivity is less than that value.
Because of these microwave characteristics, it makes the water molecules in the material become the main part of the dielectric constant materials.

Introduction
Cement and concrete have long been the primary construction materials due to their strength and durability.
Among these alternatives, renewable, bio-based materials like bamboo are gaining attention.
Materials In this study, Dendrocalamus asper bamboo was sourced from Chiangmai Life Construction (CLC) Co., Ltd., in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Special thanks to the Thailand Toray Science Foundation's Science & Technology Research Grants (STRG) for their inspiration and support.
