Introduction
There Often needs four aspects of the analysis and diagnosis to fix issues within a project, named: organization, management, economy and technology.Among them organization is the most basic and important factor.
In the traditional operational organization structure, the organizational design abide mechanical basis for the delineation of authority and hierarchy management set levels of management and functional departments, the characteristic of this kind of information communication is that focuses on longitudinal command, but lacks of horizontal communication. barriers of information communication not only affect the BIM-based departments work together, but also break the lock of BIM technology to establish the design, construction and operational phase of the relationship, and the operational phase become isolated again.
Commercial Property Corporation Organization Structural Model based on BIM According to above mentioned organization structure design principle, Commercial Property Operation Organization Structural Model is established with reference of BIM.
Hard-tie is a technology platform built with BIM database which accumulated during design and construction section of commercial property development, later operation database, BIM maintain section, etc.
Therefore, the command changes from one-way arrow of traditional organization management to two-way arrow of commercial property management of BIM,traditional command relationship transforms associated working relationship.

Fe-B alloys with different boron contents were dipped into a pure molten zinc bath to investigate their anti-corrosion property.
In recent years, there are two ways to improve the anti-corrosion property of the alloys.
Our goal is to make full use of the good anti-corrosion characteristic of Fe2B and the good toughness characteristic of α-phase, in order to obtain the alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical property.
With the increase of boron content, the mechanism of corrosion changes, first precipitates α phase is no longer the decisive factor of corrosion, now the eutectic intermediate layer becomes the last protective screen of hindering further reaction of Fe/Zn.
With the increase of boron content the corrosion resistance property of Fe-B alloys in molten zinc improves gradually. 3.

Abstract.
The thickness of the plate is 1.6mm and relevant tensile properties are given in Table 1.
Table 1 Tensile properties of Alloy 600 material obtained at room temperature Young's modulus (GPa) σY (MPa) σU (MPa) Elongation (%) Poisson's ratio 213 329 662 44 0.3 (a) Collinear cracked thin plate (b) Parallel cracked thin plate Fig. 1 Geometries of test specimen with collinear or parallel cracks Test facilities and method.
However, only three experimental data were used to determine the regression line of Eq. (1) and it may affect the accuracy of the estimation.

Introduction
High performance polymer composites reinforced with ceramic particles result in a unique combination of properties, which make them useful in aerospace, microelectronic, automotive, and biomedical applications.
The inclusion of alumina particles in a high performance polymer such as poly(etherether-ketone) (PEEK) is particularly interesting when one wants to obtain a higher thermal and mechanical performance polymer [1-2].
Due to the characteristics of the laser-matter interaction, the laser-assisted surface modifications offer, respect to conventional processes, short processing time, flexibility in operation, economy in time/energy/material consumption, shallow heat affected zone, and precision.
The effects of the different treatments, one in stationary and the other in transient condition, on the morphological, structural and microanalytical properties of the coatings were studied.
Quantitative analysis was performed by dividing peaks area by their sensitivity factors.

To the dynamic design of complex mechanical structural system, the domestic often used the method of human-machine interaction to dynamic modeling for structure system and dynamic characteristic analysis.
Broadly speaking, the model includes the whole nodes, units, material properties, real constant, boundary conditions, and the others to express characteristics of the physical system.
The “HT300” cannot find in the material storage, the material properties should be set in advance in ANSYS Workbench.
And its modals affect the precision of guideway in the table.1.
Fig.6 The sensitivity curve of first modal Fig.7 The sensitivity curve of second modal Based on the factors of the bed`s processing technology and weight, choose 110mm for the parameter T1, 275mm for the parameter T2 and 380mm for the parameter T3.

The properties of the ceramic topcoat are such that it has a
low thermal conductivity, high oxygen permeability, and a relatively high coefficient of thermal
expansion.
The oxidation resistance provided by these coatings allowed alloy developers to maximize the high-temperature mechanical properties of nickel-base superalloys.
A further consequence of coating/substrate interdiffusion, particularly for the next generation of superalloys with up to 6 wt.% rhenium, is the formation of topologically close-packed (TCP) phases in the region of the original coating/substrate interface, which can be deleterious to the mechanical properties of the superalloy substrate.
An experimental approach was taken initially, from which the important chemical and microstructural factors governing TGO growth and adhesion were determined.
This affected the stoichiometric β-NiAl the most, which exhibited scale spallation.

This industry demands an
appropriate combination of properties to meet the requirement for good drawability in the
manufacturing of outer body panels and, at the same time, to achieve more complex shapes [1].
Plastic anisotropy is an important factor to control the drawing performance of the steel sheets.
The study was focused on the effect of these variables on the microstructure, the crystallographic texture and the mechanical properties.

Given the age of the pipelines, chemical characterization was performed using Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES) to identify the material and correlate its composition with mechanical properties.
The process was complemented by the application of key technical standards: ASTM A370 for evaluating mechanical properties, ASTM A956 for Leeb hardness testing, and API 578 as a guideline for material verification.
This behavior is consistent with the mechanical properties of this material.
In other words, pre-induced residual stresses represent a valuable tool and a key factor in component design.
From a mechanical engineering perspective, this multi-criteria approach enables the correlation of microstructural data (residual stresses, crystalline phases) with macroscopic properties (fatigue, fracture), thereby optimizing operational reliability and mitigating failure risks.

The material is the most important factor in affecting the safety and durability of icebreaker.
Therefore, it is imperative to develop excellent ship steels with good properties of wear resistance as well as corrosion resistance.
The main study of this kind of steel was their mechanical properties and only a few were about corrosive property of D32, D36 steel recently [4-6].
Therefore, the tribocorrosion behavior can reduce the corrosion resistance properties.
