Here we focus on several key issues and factors that will provide some context and background for the work.
Even the 5-min value (109°) may be affected.
Several factors contribute to this.
Thermophysical properties must be matched to avoid undesirable residual stresses, limiting the choices.
Simple bend tests can provide information on the reliability and reproducibility of joint properties.

Many researchers have studied the strain behavior and the workability of spheroidal graphite cast iron in order to improve its mechanical properties [2-4].
The formation of graphite morphology [5-7] are important since they affect the metal-carbon composite properties.
When the graphite morphology changes from flake to sphere, the mechanical properties of cast iron increase greatly [8].
But three kinds composition of Ni-Si and different contents of Si have a little influence on the diameter of graphite nodules, which shows the influence of the addition of Si element on the growth of the graphite nodules does not depend on that Si increases carbon equivalent, but it depends on the other unknown factors.

Copper fiber has excellent properties such as good thermal conductivity and abrasive resistance.
Take one-dimension materials as reinforcement phase to enhance the properties of matrix material has been reported.
And the reinforcement on friction property by copper powders to resin denoted by following factors [10].Firstly, the improvement on thermal conductivity of copper powders decreases the thermal decomposition of resin, it means that in the friction process, the thermal decomposition loss is reduced.
Thereby, the interface temperature is decreased and the wear resistance properties of polyimide composites would be improved.

The fluidities when the products used as water reducer were taken as the evaluation index of the product properties.
The dispersive properties of modified products are shown in Fig.2, where the dosage of lignin (wt.%) equals the percentage of m (L)/ m (P+L).
It is possibly because long-time phenolization partly breaks the polymer structure of lignin due to phenolysis, which decreases the molecular weight of product and then affects the dispersive property.
Dispersive property to cement paste The naphthalene dispersant formaldehyde condensate (FDN) is a sophisticated and widely-used superplasticizer, and the concrete blended with FDN usually has high water-reducing ratio and high mechanical strength.
Effect of MSPF on the bleeding rate of mortar Although SPF has excellent dispersive and slump-maintaining properties, it also has severe defect that concrete blended with SPF exhibits serious water bleeding and segregation, and as a result the mechanical strength and long-term durability of concrete will drop dramatically.

The modified electrodes, exhibiting both of unique properties of CNT and chitosan, has excellent electrocatalytic effect of I-.
Introduction Since the discovery of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in 1991 [1], their unique structural, mechanical, electronic, and thermal properties have stimulated multi- and interdisciplinary research activities in various fields.
The role of CNT was: (i) to transfer electrons between the electrode surface and I- based on the intrinsic property of CNT; (ii) to increase the conductive area based on the high specific surface of CNT; (iii) for chitosan doping into the modified layer since chitosan cannot be directly modified at bare graphite electrode due to its solubility.
As the charging current contribution to the background current is a limiting factor in the analytical determination, experiments were carried out using the DPV anodic stripping voltammetric technique.
Because of the porous structure, I- could easily penetrate into the interfacial layer that would affect the subsequent measurements.

In order to effectively control the properties of the formulated mud system, it is important to know how specific changes in mud composition will affect the properties.
It is comparatively easy to formulate mud systems with suitable properties but more difficult to maintain those properties while drilling.
Because, the basic factors which affect flow property of an aqueous mud system are the viscosity of the base fluid (water), the size, shape and quantity of suspended particles and the forces existing between particles, as well as between particles and fluid.
Fig. 2: Rheological test results of the mud samples with Cellulosic Filtrate Loss Modifier For some fluids the viscosity can be expressed through a coefficient, but for most fluids it is more a factor dependent on other properties.
Fibers are responsible for composite properties like thermal, mechanical, durability, and life prediction.

Neglecting the disparities of the geometry and physical properties
among gear teeth, and with the application of the single tooth stiffness formula presented by Kuang
J.H and Yang Y.T[7], The realistic stiffness value can be calculated out.
Here,(a-b) for np =50 rpm, (c-d) for np =500 rpm and (e-f) for np =2000 rpm Conclusion In this article, a new dynamic model of gear transmission system is developed in which incorporating number of nonlinear factors such as realistic stiffness, realistic static transmission error and surface friction.
Firstly, the friction factor may cause sudden change to the dynamic response at the pitch point when the rotational speed is very low.

Abstract.
Finite element analysis for elbows In piping system, it is inevitable that the plastic load-carrying capacity of elbows is affected by the constraint of connecting tangent straight pipes, flange and other equipments.
Since the aim of the present work is to assess limit loads and elastic plastic responses, elastic-perfectly plastic material modal is used in this study, with the other material properties chosen, as shown in Table 2.
Material properties The Young’s modulus E [MPa] 2.1X105 Yield stress sy [MPa] 320 Poisson’s ratio ν 0.3 Due to symmetry in geometry and loading, symmetry conditions are fully utilized in the FE models to reduce the number of elements and computing time.
The limit load of elbow with long bending radius (R=1.5Dm) is greater than that of elbow with the short bending radius (R=1.0Dm) under the same bending mode and the thickness radius ratio t/rm, but the influence degree of bending radius on limit load is the smallest among the influence factors (R/Dm, t/rm, and the bending mode of In-Plane moment)

Because the adhesive for all kinds of wood-based panel domestic production mostly contains toxic substances formaldehyde, we can choose green non wood-based board, such as wheat straw man-made board and veneer materials which are lightweight, durable, waterproof, mothproof and the mechanical processing performance are good with no free formaldehyde pollution.
For the third class, hard outfit of large area makes the color, luster, texture contrast of the selected materials in the overall style plays a key role in distinguishing the space functional properties.
The use of materials directly affects the quality and the environment comfort.
This requires us to establish a correct concept of sustainable material design: Establish the sustainable design of decorative materials, the rational use of materials design and moderate use to reduce the construction loss; Try to reduce artificial processing, using scissors, cutting, folding, curving, tearing and other design methods to process materials so as not to cause the second pollution; Pay attention to the design and the junk material collection, for recycling "second materials", using the design method for fully playing heat of waste materials; Get familiar with material properties as much as possible to prolong its service life; Make full use of the redundant relations between materials, materials and other media, in order to meet the design effect and space experience of twice the result with half the effort.
In all interior design groups, a lot of people will consider the financial factors, want to create a fashion, environmentally friendly indoor space in compliance with customers’ mind, which must be a very good understanding of material characteristics, and especially the new materials.
