We once concluded a feasible method for calculation of cold energy and cold pressure of materials [5] using equations of state and ultrasonic measurement data with high accuracy [6].
Therefore, even the Vinet EOS that can well describe the compression of materials under high pressure may not be able to well describe the behaviors of under high pressure.

Abstract
Compared with the actual operation, computational simulation will save the cost and provide more
valuable references or guiding significance for the real production.
Model Building and Simulation Control Creation of the Database The precision of numerical simulation depends strictly on the input data regarding the physical properties of materials.
Regarding the high temperature and the contact between the billet and the dies during upsetting process, the materials of top and bottom die were defined as high-carbon alloy steel.
