At 650°C substrate temperature, sample C, line-shaped structures were mostly observed on the entire substrate surface (Fig. 1c), which were proved to be the typical double-helical CMCs (see Fig. 1g).
With increasing the substrate temperature up to 750°C, sample D, the length of the line-shaped structure increased (compare Fig. 1c with 1d).
