Introduction Ginkgo seeds, as a precious nut, containing starch, crude protein, crude fat[1], a large number of VBl, VB2, VC, VD, carotene, niacin, nuclear flavin, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and other 25 kinds of trace elements[2], have been used as tonic and food for long time in China.
This is because along with temperature rising protein denatures, and the exposure of a large number of non-polar groups weakens the interaction between ginkgo protein and water.

Compared to other nanostructures, the nanotube is the most desirable form, because the interaction of bone tissues or cells occur at grain boundaries of nanotubes [10], one-dimensional titanium oxide nanotubes have the greater specific surface area and higher mechanical strength [11].
Based on the results of elemental characterization by EDS, Fig. 3 shows that those are the incorporation of F- ions from NH4F electrolytes attached around the nanotubes, indicated by red cross symbol number 1, the weight percent of fluoride element is quite high, which is 20.22 wt%.
Other than that, there are also titanium oxides which are incorporated with fluoride, indicated by red cross symbol number 2, with the weight percent of oxygen elements 24.27 wt% and fluoride 20.67wt%.
