The results show that the magnified effect of acceleration response spectrum of each layer present more outstanding under far-field ground motions than under Suzhou artificial waves, with the increasing of bedrock peak ground acceleration, there is probability that the peak of long-period component of acceleration response spectrum appears higher than that of the short-period within 15m depth, which may adversely affect the long-period building structures.

The deep soft site have double effects of magnification and absorption on earthquake motion [10], absorption is thought to be one of the intrinsic qualities of soils while the magnification effect is related with some other factors such as site characteristics, soil layers and frequency spectrum of input ground motion.
To take section CZ1 for example, contrasting borehole data of CZ1 section in the Tab. 1, and we can discover that the character of soil horizon take large changes at layer number 6 and 8, which are in the range of sediment hard soil, as hard soil intertonguing with layer number 3-3, 4-1, 7-1, 7-3 and 7-4, weak plane of poor mechanical property were formed, finally the soil would have large shearing deformations under seismic motions.
With the increasing input bedrock peak acceleration, there is probability that the spectral peak of long-period component of acceleration response appear higher than that of the short-period within the 15m depth, which may adversely affect the long-period building structures.

Introduction As a substitute for nickel-based superalloys, TiAl-Nb alloys are potential candidates for new-generation aero-engine applications due to their low density, excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and good oxidation resistance [1,2,3].
Plasma arc is the only heat source during the PAM process, its activity affects the top surface temperature distribution and melting loss of alloying elements, and the structure and lateral surface quality of ingots, and even energy conservation.
The thermal physical properties of the Ti45Al8Nb alloy in the present calculations shown in Table 1.
Therefore, the maximum heat flux density can be changed from 1.4×106W/m2 to 4.2×106W/m2 with the power transfer efficiency is 0.4 and the power distribution factor is 0.8.

When the support parameters and packing materials is given, the packing width will be not only one of the most important factors for gob-side entry retaining to be successful but also a significant factor in controlling the cost of support.
Determination of the rock constitutive relation and the mechanical parameters of rock mass.Mohr-Coulomb elastic-plastic model constitutive relation is adopted in the computational model.
Here all of these characteristics have been given to full play, which is one of the most important factors for the success

Bubbles are modeled via scalar density fields describing the stochastic distribution of positions as well as fields of local properties such as the bubble diameter and phase velocities.
Specifically for Method of Moments-based simulations, Hlawitschka et al. [9] and Hummel et al. [10] proposed a visualization approach featuring sampling in addition to parametric bubble glyphs, which were shaped according to local flow properties.
For each affected cell, a number of samples according to Equation 3 is drawn.
Figure 3 (blue) shows the results for factors between 1 and 2048, using a logarithmic scale for both the integrated mean square error (vertical axis) and the volume factor (horizontal).
We now study how the kernel width affects the sampling quality when updating a bubble set.

The modulus and tooth number of double-circular-arc gear are the main factors influencing the gear bearing capacity.
According to the formula (3) and (4) , the safety factor formula: ,.
For the checked safety factors, the factor of double-circular-arc gear contact strength is bigger than the one of its bending strength, so the bending stress need to be further analyzed.

The shaped pieces made on Ti were sintered in vacuum at 1100 ºC for 30 minutes, and their microstructure and mechanical properties were determined and compared with dense materials shaped by combining PM and colloidal techniques in previous works Introduction In recent years the interest for the development of new approaches for powder metallurgy processing of Ti and Ti alloys has grown considerably.
Some of the most important problems to overcome through these new processing routes of composite materials are: (i) the grain size coarsening of Ti alloys during sintering, (ii) mechanical properties of the sintered material which are highly affected by the oxygen content and residual porosity, and (iii) the quality and cost of available powder with low size and adequate properties.
Zeta Potential curves for Ti-bare powder and for the addition of 1 wt.% in the base of solids of PEI and PAA In colloidal processing, rheology is a key factor because it determines both the stability of the suspension and the viability of shaping.

The dynamic properties of the material were evaluated, and correlated to microscopic morphology and physico-chemical properties.
The NMP/DMSO (0,3/0,7 %(v/v)) solvent mixture formed the film with the best properties, under hydrated conditions.
Such parameters, in theory, take into account the decomposition of the total vaporization energy of a compound into various individual factors.
On the other hand, the greatest disadvantage for these samples was mechanical properties.

The morphology of the γ' phase must be affected by the interfacial dislocation networks, and must be an element that controls the material property.
In the phase field simulation, each physical property depends on the grid size.
The scaling factor is ksim / kexp , and, as a result, the relationship between the real time treal and the simulation time tsim can be written as treal = tsim · ksim / kexp.
From the results of the experiment [11], the lattice misfit changes under a mechanical loading and a high temperature condition.
Thus, the results suggest that the interfacial dislocation network affects and assists very much the rafting behavior of the γ' phase.

Precise Angle Control of Electromechanical Actuator With Fuzzy PID and Genetic Algorithm Yebing Cui1, a, Jian Zheng1,b , Yutao JU 1,c , and Jing Xu1,d 1 School of Mechanical Engineering Nanjing University of science & technology, Nanjing, China acuiyebing@163.com, b,c juyutao@mail.njust.edu.cn email, druole@163.com Keywords: electromechanical actuator; Brushless DC motors; genetic algorithm; fuzzy logic Abstract.
These properties include the mechanical resonance effect, the delay issue between the control signal and the actuator, the motor parameters, the battery voltage drop and the variable friction effect among the gears mechanism.
In practical applications, the controller’s effectiveness is directly affected by the different combination of the three parameters kp, ki , kd, Also the optimization of the traditional PID requires certain experience, and many methods’ optimization results are not ideal[10].
Although the fuzzy PID controller combines the advantage of the two controllers, there are some unfavorable conditions to realize intelligent control, such as control rules of the fuzzy inference system is uneasy to formulate, and the fuzzy quantitative factor and PID scaling factor also are determined mainly by experience[15,16].
Following is the concrete realization process: (1) In order to manipulate the control gains, a GA coding must be developed, the fuzzy PID controller’s parameters kp, ki, kd, and the quantitative factors ke, kec, which are represented using eight bits, separately coded into {10101110;10101011;10001101;000111110; 11010100;10101010;1101011}.

Due to the different properties in the nanoscale materials such as optical property [3], magnetic property, electric property, thermal conductive property [4, 5], diffusive property [6, 7] and mechanical property [8], several nanoscale metals, ceramics and semiconductors are synthesized successively.
Nanoparticles synthesized using different methods may have different internal structures that affect the properties of materials consolidated from them.
The mechanical properties of nanocrystalline ceramics lead them to be called "ceramic steel" [31].
Reaction sintering is the welding together of small particles of a ceramic material applying prolonged heat below the melting point resulting in improved mechanical and physical properties of the material.
The stoichiometry of the reactant powder mixture is another important process parameter, which significantly affects the SHS reaction and product properties.
