On the basis of the thermal analysis and data of mathematical modeling the technology of smelting of manganese metal, including preliminary preparation of burdening materials for the purpose of receiving synthetic material which contains the highest oxide of MnO2 manganese and at the same time is effective gumboil was developed.
The obtained results of laboratory aluminothermic meltings of manganese metal are consistent with the predicted data of technological parameters of aluminothermic melting of manganese metal, which allows us to conclude about the adequacy of the method used for parameters calculation.

An experimental data set which is representative of a localized gear tooth defect is used to compare the diagnostic capability of techniques.
The vibration data was collected from the drive end bearing of gear box using the accelerometer with a NI Data Acquisition Device with LabVIEW software.
The vibration data collected are exported as data file to MATLAB software for further processing of the signal to identify the fault.
Vibration data were collected at the sampling frequency of 16,000 Hz.
The GMF and its side bands are represented in various power spectrums with indication of data cursor value.

However, there are not any thermodynamic data of the reaction of the hydrogen interaction with Ce6Ni1.67Si3 in the scientific literature until now.
Results and discussion According to the X-ray diffraction data the synthesized Ce6Ni1.67Si3 sample had the hexagonal structure, space group P63/m, with the unit cell parameters close to those reported previously [3, 4].

According to the X-ray diffraction data the sample under investigation did not decompose after partial desorption i.e. it remained the hexagonal structure P63/m of the original sample but the lattice parameters changed slightly.
On basis of the obtained data it could draw a conclusion that in the range of the hydrogen concentration in the IMC 10.0< C <11.2 the enthalpy values for the absorption and desorption processes coincide in magnitude.
