In addition
to the straightening forces and the roll positions, the analysis data of an eddy current measurement are
also available to the process control system during the straightening process.
This also includes the reduction of the number of straightening rolls required for an optimum straightening result.
A complete data set consists of the following six attributes: • Pre-curvature • Residual curvature • Curvature orientation • Position straightening roller 1 • Position straightening roller 2 • Position straightening roller 3 Graphical user interface.
After exporting Measuring window Measuring point Clamp Fig. 4: Setup for optical curvature measurement the measurement data from the camera controller, two further processing steps must be carried out.

The research content of this paper is to comprehensively consider the domestic MSWIFA washing technology and the characteristics of the two industrial salt by-products, use the LCA method to quantitatively analyze the environmental impact of the multi-product system of washing pretreatment, and provide a data basis for the improvement of the pretreatment process and the clean production of co-processing MSWIFA in cement kilns.
Life Cycle Inventory Data Quality and Data Collection.
The prospect data of co-processing MSWIFA came from a field survey of a cement plant in Beijing.
In terms of background data, ore mining and raw material production data came from Ecoinvent 3.2 database, and the environmental load inventory of fly ash came from the study of Peng Zhenguo [12].
Assumptions and Limitations For the transportation stage, most of the raw materials used the data provided by the manufacturer.

Beyond this optimal point, a drastic reduction in mechanical properties was observed which might be due to fibre agglomeration and other challenges.
To ensure accuracy, hardness measurements were made on each sample at ten different sites and the average of these data was then calculated.
Each test was repeated five times, and the mean values with standard deviations were computed to represent the variability within the data.
Data Availability Data supporting the findings of this study are available upon request from the corresponding author.

The experimental
procedure revealed that common features can be observed even if the clinical cases under
investigation were quite different with regard to the demographic data.
As a consequence, the reduction of the UHMWPE wear debris and a better understanding of in-vivo wear mechanisms are of paramount importance with a view to improving the long-term clinical performance of THR prostheses; particularly for young patients for which both life expectancy and activity level are generally higher than those of old patients.
Demographic data related to the patients are summarised in Table 1.
Table 1: Main demographic data Whatever the diagnosis of revision (wear, osteolysis or broken multicable filament), it must be pointed out that polyethylene debris had been detected by histological analyses on periprosthetic tissues but that no loosening had occurred during lifetime.
Clinical Case Femoral head Damaged area Undamaged area ISO 7206-2 A Zirconia 0,07 µm 0.01 µm < 0.02 µm B 316L 0.16 µm 0.03 µm < 0.05 µm C TA6V 0.24 µm 0.03 µm < 0.05 µm D CoCrMo 0.10 µm 0.04 µm < 0.05 µm Conclusions The macroscopic and microscopic features related to the damage of the components observed in this investigation were very similar while the clinical cases were quite different with regard to the demographic data.

Methods
Data Preparation.
The data used in this study mainly include those concerning the GDP, population, energy consumption per unit of GDP and power consumption per capita in Dongtan during the period 2003-2008, which derived from some relevant research reports and local government departments.
The data processed were used for the scenario simulation prediction and the analysis of renewable energy development status.
As for the power consumption per capita, the numeric values of 362 and 484 kwh per capita, derived from the statistical data, were respectively viewed as the reference coefficients to compute the electricity consumption for urban-rural residents’ life in 2008 and 2020.
The year sequence number 1-6 corresponds to the period 2003-2008, which corresponding vertical axis data are derived from the statistical yearbook and used to fit the regression equation; the year sequence number 7-18 corresponds to the period 2009-2020, which corresponding vertical axis data are the predictive values.

It also uses a central control system for collecting data and monitoring engine parameters (such as temperature, pressure, air flow, biogas flow, speed, generator voltages...).
The central control system for collecting data and monitoring operating parameters (referred to as a Central Control Unit) is built with their working functions as Table 1 and output/input specifications shown in Table 2, Table 3 respectively.
The control system is equipped with multiple sensors to collect data and determine the state of the engine.
The data describing the behavior of the system is recorded by the computer from the RS232 circuit integrated in the ECU.
The empirical data for the vacuum valve position control are given in Figures 13 to Figures 22, respectively, according to the aperture of biogas butterfly throttle valve from 10% to 100%.
