However, the e-beam usually drift from its intended position under the influence of a variety of
environmental factors such as temperature gradients, mechanical vibration, residual magnetism in
the stage or charging, etc.
Many standard processes such as reactive-ion etching, sputtering, or those requiring elevated temperatures cannot be used as the SPLEBL's grid fabrication for that they may alter the properties of the e-beam resist.
Although high-atomic-number metals having high SE yield, they shouldn't be used as grid materias for that they cause significant forward scattering of the e-beam, and adversely affect the exposure result.
The wavelength used was 325 nm, which does not affect most e-beam resists.
Third, local random fluctuations in duty ratio or the positions of elements of the fiducial grid do not affect the detection accuracy as these fluctuations are averaged out by the algorithm as well.

The most of experts are consistent with the fact that the machined material and its properties have to be always added into the impartial definition.
The understanding all of the factors such as chip formation, actions that go along with the process, force and power (thermal) load and other, enables to take advantage of HSC machining. [3,4,5] Conditions of Experiments To be the milling cutter more effective at high speed milling technology, it is important to know the force ratios from the view of different types of contact.
Higher feed has a negative effect on the component FN, which significantly affects the component FCN.
Conversely that of component FC that shows the smallest load at low feed, but higher feed negatively affects the force at lower vC.

For several years the literature relates the
efficiency of nanostructured coatings to improve the surface mechanical properties, but often
without taking into account the environmental constraints.
Thus, CrN, acting as a chromia former material, fixes its high intrinsic refractory properties.
Introduction In the past two decades, the ceramic thin coatings have experienced a sharp interest thanks to their high mechanical and tribological properties, combined with a fabrication method (mainly PVD or CVD) that causes no damage towards the environment [1,2].
With the purpose to use the cutting tool in severe machining, a low reactivity with the lubricant as well as a good thermal resistance are required, together with a good stability of the mechanical properties at high temperature.
Numerous papers relate the improvement of the mechanical properties afforded by the nanostructure [17-19], but just a few ones concern the corrosion resistance of such protective coatings submitted to an aggressive medium.

It is also a significant factor affecting the reactivity of cellulose as well as determines the tensile strength and modulus of the biomaterials [5, 6].
In addition, Silvério et al. reported that crystallinity index of yielded nanocellulose had greater influence on the tensile properties of nanocomposites than the aspect ratio of nanocellulose fibers’ dimension [4].
Thermal properties of cellulosic nanomaterials extracted from various starting materials.
However, each transition metal ions exhibited different effects on the physicochemical properties of treated-nanocellulose, such as crystallinity, crystallite thickness, surface morphology, dimensional profile and thermal stability.

Some of the characterization techniques that were used extensively to study MOF properties are discussed here.
4.1.
Through powder XRD, the network structure and crystalline properties of any material are described.
The DFT models (Density Functional Theory) were used to analyze these pore properties [46]. 4.4.
While in some cases, O2 was used to study the oxidative properties of MOFs.

Different types of structural feature, different parts of geological structure, different mechanical property and different confinement enclosing conditions, form different gas storage conditions.
Because the tectonic friction heat affected, coal metamorphism degree increased in local fault fracture zone and produces a lot of gas.
The influential geological factors on gas occurrence are rather complex.
This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of structure development, especially analyses the control to coal bed gas by the development properties of the different small structures.

However, an aggregate and simultaneous action of external energy effects and mechanical loads can greatly reduce the operation life of important devices and structures, which will result in their premature failure [1-6].
It is well-known that an important factor responsible for ensuring physical and mechanical properties of materials is their structure which evolves in the process of plastic deformation.
The cutting mode was chosen in such a way that it did not cause any additional deformation to the specimen and did not affect its structure.

Introduction
This paper studies the mechanicals of FRP by means of experiment.
It will lead to the loss of physical and mechanical property.
That is, corrosion seriously affects the durability of concrete structures.
But the components of resin are still the factor that affects the young’s modular.

Concrete structure due to the function of the internal factors and environmental factors, inevitably, appeared cracks[1], which are the reasons for the reduction, in the heat preservation performance concrete building structure, bearing capacity, the water proofing property and durability etc indicators.
However, the current research about super early strength grouting material is still not deep enough, early strength of grouting materials improvement often can bring the shrinkage of late strength, and people for shrinkage and long-term durability of the grouting material research is relatively lack, which seriously affect the popularization and application of super early strength grouting material[2] in practical engineering.
Mixing uniform ultra strength grouting material is made of 40mm*40mm*160mm blocks, which ,after Maintaining the regulation of hydration ages, are tested for the corresponding mechanical properties.
