Rock material is discontinues and inelastic, cut by structural surface, such as weak intercalated layer, bedding plane shears and so on.
The materials in the dislocation interfaces are dense, most of them are consist of crushed rock, quartz veins, calcite veins, few of them are consist of breccia and mylonite.

It is the reason why the coal fly ash is minerals rich and has been used in wide applications such as cement materials, geopolymer and refractory products [2,3].
Both methods use toxic chemicals, some of them are very corrosive materials, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and peroxide[5-9] .

Therefore the research in tribological properties of new wear resistant composites material is such a significant subject that it attracts a considerable and permanent concern among the researchers dedicated in material science and engineering all over the world [2-7].
Hence, the adhesion of materials is retarded along with reduction in friction coefficient.
(2) Wearing test showed that the graphite/aluminium composite materials presented a higher self-lubricating performance comparing with Al alloy.

In order to meet the demand for materials for advanced fighter, countries have to focus on the development of [1] aluminum alloy at 300˚C temperature can replace the titanium alloy.
Starting from the influence of alloy composition on the performance of the organization and the melt, by controlling the rapid solidification process parameters, can significantly improve the performance and quality of metal materials, the organization, has opened up a new and effective way for the performance potential of mining materials, has broad application prospects[4,5].

For example, the stiffness of locking plates can be modified by using less rigid materials such as composite polymers [9-11] or metal foams [12, 13].
The plates and screws were modelled as linear elastic material considering Young’s modulus of 220 GPa and 240 GPa for stainless steel and cobalt alloy respectively and Poisson’s ratio of 0.34 for both materials.
