As well as having structure quality, which is similar or better than structures on sapphire, SOZ technology has some other advantages: the SOZ structures are stable at temperatures up to 1000 K and above, the YSZ fits much better the silicon lattice parameter and does not contain elements, such as aluminum, capable of doping a semiconductor film.
Nevertheless, oxides ZrO2-CeO2 are still attractive materials as their structure type and lattice parameters allow their growth as epitaxial films on (001) Si [2].
Particular attention was paid to the influence of oxygen pressure and target composition on the structure of the growing film.
The structure of oxide film corresponds to a tetragonal phase with strong preference for c-axis orientation normal to the growing surface.
ZCO buffer layers obtained on (001) Si may be good enough for subsequent Si film growth with the aim of creating a structure comparable to SOI.

The target range of ICF driver is a large space structure which contains with optical component, target chamber and other equipment, so the stability of structure environment is one of the important indexes for ICF driver.
Meanwhile, the temperature change is also one of the main influence factors of the stability of the target range structure.
Fig.1 shows the target building structures sketch diagram which consists of upper, middle and lower level space.
In this paper, the research object is the intermediate structure space of target range.

α-Fe2O3 and FeTiO3 crystallize in the corundum and ilmenite structures, respectively.
Both structures consist of a hexagonal close-packed oxygen lattice in which cations occupy the two thirds of octahedral interstices.
All cation sites of α-Fe2O3 are crystallographically equivalent and the structure has the R-3c symmetry.
After that the structures and magnetic properties of Fe2-xTixO3 /Fe2O3 bilayered films are discussed.
The Ar-ion sputtering seemed to deeply reconstruct the surface structure and reduce some Fe 3+ ions in α-Fe2O3 to Fe2+ .

Granite is generally granular texture and massive structure.
The rock is gray green, granular blastic texture and massive structure, composed of calcium and iron pyroxene, augite, garnet, and altered feldspar, vesuvianite, fluorite and metallic minerals.
The rock is light gray to gray, granular blastic texture and massive structure.

Structure and phase constitution were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.
Cu and Zn by 4.5-5 times lower than in the areas that have retained a layered structure.
Thus, the decrease in temperature leads to the replacement of formation of dislocation cellular structures by the appearance of a band type microstructures , which significantly slows down the process of further fragmentation to submicron and nanocrystalline structures having high self-and heterodiffusion rates.

In this sense, according to the ternary diagram it was possible to identify that the first Zr2Fe alloy illustrates a structure of intermetallic compound type, and in the remaining alloys the phases present correspond to a multiphasic structure composed mainly of intermetallic compounds that obey a defined stoichiometric, plus a bcc structure.
The structure type in which the crystallization of the alloy occurs has direct implications on its electronic, conduction, magnetic, kinetic properties and in the hydrogen absorption and desorption rates, being these last two the subject matter of this research.
The phase with body centered structure identified with the (x) and (*) respectively presents a development and an increase regarding the network parameters of the orthorhombic Zr2Fe and cubic Zr2Fe structure, and small amounts of Zr, which were not solubilized, could be observed.
Conclusions Regarding the storage capacity, it is possible to demonstrate it increases as Zr is substituted by V; this occurs because a multiphase structure is formed which is made up by a more cubic orthorhombic structure in the bcc phase, which can store H2 itself.

During heating, the electrical conductivity of a gap structure (the electrode distance was 1 cm) has been measured.
a b c Fig. 2 Microphotography example of 1 layer (a) and 3 layers (b) prepared by material printing and sample structure for electrical and dielectric measurements (active surface area of one sandwich structure is 6 mm2) Optical Properties of Layers.
The sample structure (it consists of six "identical" sandwich structures) for electrical and dielectric measurement is illustrated in Fig 2c.
Type of carriers in GO was investigated by measuring of both gap and sandwich structure [10].
From the dependences it is clear that for negative Bias the structure has greater resistance than for positive Bias – it confirms a diode character (the greatest resistance is for zero Bias).
