The advantages of SHS technique include [8, 9]: (1) higher purity of the products and low cost; (2) low energy requirement, relative simplicity of the process and equipment, the heat released during exothermic reactions obtains a self-sustained system when raw materials are ignited without additional energy; (3) high efficiency, SHS is based on the use of chemistry reaction synthesis and sintering materials, saving sintering time at high temperature.
