It has been found in many papers that different inorganic fillers (such as mental[1], fiber[2~4], oxide[5], polymer[6], nanometer materials[7] etc.) show different effect on the friction and wear behaviors of polymer composites.
At first, all the materials were dried for more than 12 hours at 120 in order to remove the moisture.

From the above paragraph, spiral angle of back cone generally be taken as76°—77°can be more appropriate, but spiral angle of logarithmic helical mixing blade is a constant, which causes spiral angle of mixing drum back cone section to be big, leading to small fracture surface when the unloading materials slides in the vane, easy accumulation of material, slow discharging, larger resistance torque and power consumption, etc.
