Development of multi-scale computation framework to investigate the
failure behavior of the materials
*Z.
With the development of material science, especially as MEMS/NEMS are playing a more and more important role in modern engineering, some mechanical behaviors of materials, e.g., fracture, shear instability, need to be investigated from multidisciplinary perspective.
Though molecular dynamics (MD) simulations have been widely performed to explore the mechanical properties of nano-scale materials, it is impossible to handle not only the loading rate but also the specimen size used in the current MD simulation with existing experimental techniques.

Introduction
The Optimization Decision Method of science and technology industrialization projects is the important work of science and technology management content.
Through the optimization government departments can make more rational allocation of resources, manpower, material and financial resources, to achieve efficient decision-making and project management, to improve the success rate, faster and better promote scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces.
Science and technology industrialization projects have a prominent feature of many risk factors, serious risk consequences.

Third, they should find additional materials to support the teaching materials and get students interested.
Therefore, the teachers’ skill in “enriching teaching materials” needs to be improved quickly.
For instance, the Core English of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the English reading materials included in “Construction Plan of Network-based Remote Teaching System in the New Century” recommended by the State Council are excellent teaching materials.
The contents of all-English teaching materials vary according to different majors.

It is therefore of great importance to enhance the motor performance by means of using more powerful functional materials and/or optimizing the geometric structures.
It is observed that different functional materials obviously alter the trajectories of the driving point.
The influence of different piezo materials on the reaction forces are not as obvious as on the output displacement.
