With the accurate prediction of molten steel temperature and carbon content in the endpoint of steelmaking in converters, to timely adjust to add raw materials, auxiliary materials and oxygen consumption is a very important part in the whole process of steelmaking.

Many research works have been studied on measurement of moisture management and wetness in fabric materials [1-5].
To characterize the moisture transport features of fabric materials, ten indexes are introduced by the work of Hu et. al in 2005 [3].
For example, Du et. al in 2010 [7] employed the mathematical model to successfully model the moisture contents of various fabric materials under variant temperature and relative humidity.
