Introduction
Prestressed steel columns have characteristics of saving materials, lightening self weight and reducing cost, and fire resistance design for steel structure is very important because architectural structure is seriously damaged in case of fire as steel have no stronger fire resistance.

MODELLING
The model includes the removing part and the retaining part of the material, by using life and death unit in simulation analysis to killing the removing part of the material and the remaining part of the material is the required casing model.
Through the simulation analysis, the total deformation contour and equivalent stress contour of the casing can be obtained after removing all the materials (as shown in figure 3 and 4).

The scheme of the computing system
In this paper, the scheme of the computing system based on Matlab, combining with theory(materials mechanics and composite materials mechanics FEM), the scheme of the computing system based on Matlab for series traction mechanism of heavy machinery was proposed and it is shown in Fig.1.
In this computing system, the number of total parameters is 15, wich includes 12 geometry parameters, 1 materials performance parameters(elastic modulus) and 2 load parameters(vertical and horizontal loads).

It is typically synthesised utilising technologies, which provide a wide range of amorphous silica based materials, including composites [4-6].
Variation of process parameters at different stages of implementation of these technologies may produce materials with given properties, such as specific surface area, which is an important parameter for materials used in the above purposes.
This operation is energy extensive and requires special equipment that results in a high price of the produced materials.
