Most of the construction in the developing countries were based on the non-engineered practices due to which buildings are at risk in earthquake prone areas [23].

In the reinforced concrete structure, the reinforced plays a decisive role for the engineering safety.
Concrete engineering with material, pouring and maintenance these three aspects will impact the reliability of the structure.
Key control for the reinforced concrete structure in the construction process is mainly for these three aspects of the formwork, reinforcement engineering and concrete engineering.
Conclusions The construction period is a critical stage in the formation of engineering entity and determination of engineering quality.

The compaction tests were accordance with The Highway Engineering Inorganic Binder Stable Material Test Code (JTG E51-2009) [5].
