As shown in Fig.1, the catalytic fixed bed reactor has a simple structure.
They use three different types of γ-Al2O3: a well defined ordered macro porous structure, a random macro porous structure and a structure without macro-pores to prepare the catalyst.
Test results for the catalytic combustion of methane as Fig.4 shown indicated that the catalysts supported on coatings with an ordered or random macro-porous structure showed better reactive activity than those on coatings with a dense structure.
The structure of catalytic membrane reactors as shows in Fig.5 [22] .

This structured surface has also been used as the joining surface due to practical necessities.

Zr, Hf, V, Nb, and Mo are bcc stabilizer in Ti alloys, then it is reasonable to stabilize B2 structure (ordered bcc structure) by addition of these elements.
TiCo, TiRu and TiIr have also B2 structure as well ase TiPd.
TiIr has two-step martensitic transformations such as B2 -> distorted B2 structure -> orthorombic structure in the composition rage between 48 and 52 Ir [13].
When Ir lean composition between 42 and 46 at%, B19 structure which is also stable structure in TiPd, becomes stable.

This martensitic β phase has HCP structure and seems black upon etching.
The κi, κii and κiv phases are based on Fe3Cl crystal structure with DO3 space group, whereas, κiii and κv are based on NiAl crystal structure with B2 space group.

In this work, we show that by simply changing the molecular weight of the polymer, different morphologies such as NRs, hierarchical structures, and NPs of superconducting YBCO could be obtained.
All the samples could be developed to the orthorhombic crystal structure by appropriate annealing of the as-spun polymeric fibers.

Here, parameters such as fracture toughness, impact resistance and durability of cementitious composite are of the particular importance in practical design of UHPC structures.
At high temperatures, especially in case of moist structures, progressive or explosive spalling leads to high structural damage of UHPC [2].
Then, the water vapor pressure generates significant tensile stresses inside the dense concrete structure leading to concrete spalling.
Due to the increasing popularity of HPC in building industry, the risk of explosive spalling in concrete structures in case of high temperatures or fire exposure became apparent.

Upon the formation of "island structure" cracking resistance of the materials will suddenly change, that is, the fracture toughness of the materials greatly improved, while the original mechanical properties, heat resistance of the materials lost very small [22].
Toughening mechanism neglected of the epoxy matrix structure at past, in fact, the average of cured epoxy resin network chain length have an important effect on toughening.
When the elastic modulus of the dispersed phase particles in the "island structure" is lower, its main role is to induce epoxy matrix yielding and occur plastic deformation, which greatly improve the fracture toughness.
It can not play epoxy deformation energy potential if there is no "island structure".
