It is very difficult to be truly simulated because the calculation of super elastic sealing performance involves many aspects of theoretical knowledge of solid mechanics, tribology and polymer materials science.Taking into account the bud shaped sealing ring in the structure and workforce are symmetrical, therefore, the sealing pair is simplified to a 2-dimensional model . 1.1 The super elasticity theory Lei ring is squeezed between the column piston rod and the cylinder, which can be seen as the contact problem of super elastic material and metal material.Therefore, the finite element analysis of the Lei-ring is the analysis of contact nonlinear hyper elastic material.
The strain energy density function of hyper elastic materials is as following: (1) In the formula, C10 and C01 are Mooney-Rivlin coefficient and are normal.andare the first and second invariant of stress tensor,and they can be obtained from the empirical formula according to the rubber material hardness (or the modulus of elasticity) .
