Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) has been successfully used for planarization of silicon wafer as the final polishing method, and the Double-Sided-Polishing (DSP) is rapidly developed for the demands of the ultra large size silicon wafer manufacturing (300 mm).
The aims of the slurry use are divided to be chemical and mechanical action in the CMP process and its performance is depended on the choice of the abrasive articles, their particle size, particle concentration and slurry pH values etc.
Also the pH value indicates the chemical property of the slurry, and different materials need polishing slurries with different pH value in the CMP process.
It is shown that the pH value of polishing slurry is one important factor influencing the polishing rate, and the higher value PH results in the maximal material removal rate and the minimal surface roughness in the case of alkali slurry in this experiment.

Humidity sensing properties including impedance relative humidity (RH) and current RH characteristics were investigated.
Therefore, these problems show the needs to improve the physical and structural properties of these materials.
The evacuation of the chamber is performed by a mechanical pump.
Another important issue regarding the sensing properties is the response time.
The pp-TEOS film based sensor exhibited better sensing properties in terms of sensitivity and linearity.

It was recently shown [3,6] that creep breakdown is attributed to the transformation of TMLS to well-defined subgrain structure followed by its coarsening during long-term static aging in a P91-type steel without W and correlated with the depletion of W from the solid solution in a Co-modified P92-type with a high W content excessing thermodynamically equilibrium solubility of this element in the solid solution by a factor of ~2.
Prior austenite grain (PAG) size of the 10%Cr steels is higher by a factor of 3.5 than that of the 9%Cr steel while dislocation density, lath thickness and dimensions of M23C6 carbides and M(C,N) carbonitrides are nearly the same [6,11].
Therefore, in this 10% steel V-rich M(C,N) → Z-phase transformation is not important for creep resistance since it affects slightly a dispersion of carbonitrides located within laths.

Virtual Prototype Simulation of Vertical Clamp Kinematics and Dynamics for Operating Safety Jianxiong Liu a Shengjun Lib Juntao Peng c Jianmei Liud Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China 650093 a jxlkmust@163.com, blishengjun@126.com, cpjt86@sohu.com, djmlkm@tom.com Key words: vertical clamp, metallurgical hoisting tool, virtual prototype, simulation Abstract: Vertical clamps are representative large-capacity metallurgical lifting tool and wide spread employed to lift and to convey vertical cold or hot rolling steel coil of strip.
Actually, spatial kinematics and dynamics simulating is a necessary method for analyzing and synthesizing the properties of a vertical clamp system.
The third step imports model data that ADAMS simulation environment can distinguish, and defines their inertia properties.
Therefore, we have following results: the bigger the static friction factor is, the shorter the distance slipping downward of steel coil of strip is, and the briefer the time to achieve to stable running state is, as illustrated in fig.8.
By simulating investigation, some crucial factors that affect the VDAC operating safety and reliability are given, and some important conclusions are achieved.

This variation ensured precise manipulation of particle morphology and size distribution, which are important factors in obtaining materials with desired magnetic and structural properties.
The sharp decrease in particle size from 28 nm to 7 nm when replacing citric acid with PEG as the fuel and chelating agent in the sol-gel autocombustion method can be explained through several interconnected factors [34].

Refining weld metal microstructure is a useful way to improve joint mechanical properties, such as ductility, toughness and fatigue [5].
The mechanical property of the weld metal was also evaluated by room temperature tensile test.
Mechanical properties of tested welds were excellent, and the amount of welding defects detected by non-destructive testing was very small.
The properties obtained in the weld joint were found to meet stipulated requirements [6].
In Table 2.2, the mechanical properties of these steel plates are presented.

After the separation, the unginned cotton in the air-lock valve is mainly affected by the force of its own gravity, centrifugal force, frictional resistance and supportiveness from the blade, the analysis of force unginned cotton is shown in Fig. 3.
The correction factor was different under the different wind pressure, yield, and cotton flow velocity.
Design of the slop of side plate for air-lock valve Part of the unginned cotton contact with the side plate during the process of falling, so the friction force is an important parameter which affects the design of the slop of side plate for air-lock valve.

At high speed, the temperature rise arising from friction can cause thermal elongation to affect the positioning accuracy of the screw [2].
(16) 2.2 The relation between traction coefficient and sliding ratio To analyze the lubricating property of lubricating oil and the relation between traction coefficient and sliding ratio, the following assumptions can be adopted: the stratified flow of lubricating oil; regardless of inertia force and volume force; no slipping between lubricating oil and surfaces; pressure and viscosity are still in the same direction along the oil film thickness and correspond to Barus relation; the impact imposed by temperature on viscosity [10] is negligible.
Therefore, the increase of rotation speed can facilitate full fluid film lubrication, but the reasonable load bearing is a key factor for the full fluid film lubrication. 5.Acknowledgments This work was supported by the National Natural Science Funds in China (No. 50875153).

Furthermore, in the last years, the importance of compatibility with ancient materials and the need for sustainability have become crucial and, therefore, several strengthening systems have been developed with different degrees of mechanical efficiency, compatibility properties and development of sustainable design processes.
A parametric analysis is finally conducted for assessing the most significant design parameters, which affect the efficacy of FRP vs.
It can be noted that masonry with poor mechanical properties obtains better confining effects; in particular, passing from 5 to 25 MPa of fmd0, the strength gaining decreases up to almost 65% for glass fibres, while about 32% for basalt wrapping.
A parametric analysis has been developed for investigating the most significant design parameters which affect the efficacy of FRP vs.
