Introduction Nano-zirconia is an important raw material to prepare zirconia ceramic. zirconia ceramic was traditionally used as fire-resistant materials, coating, ceramic glaze and foundry[1-3].
Experimental The starting materials ZrOCl2·8H2O and Ca(NO3)2·4H2O were dissolved in ethanol to form solutions in different molar ratios.
When ethanol was used, a little water was needed to assist to dissolve the starting materials.

Zhili Bai holds the idea that to construct ecological society need to do six things: we must set up the concept of ecology and ecological moral consciousness, develop resource-conserving ecological economy, protect environment and build a ecological home, establish a modern ecological consumption mod, establish a green GDP accounting system, establish a policy and regulations system of protecting resources and environment.[12] Haihong Xu points out that to construct ecological society can start with the greening of culture construction, economic operation, pattern of consumption and the development of science and technology.[10]Zanping Pan also thinks that to construct ecological society need to carry out from material, spirit and system with "the harmonious development of man and nature"as the guideline.[2] The "cultural method "theory.

The Influence on the Axial Magnetic Field Distribution by Materials Material is an important factor to affect the magnetic field.
The relative permeability of these materials is shown as Table 1.
According to the result, the materials of magnetic blocks have large effects on the axial magnetic distribution, and the materials can be changed to obtain the required distribution of axial magnetic field.
In the Fig.10, the axial magnetic distribution of GMM is described with different output shaft materials.
