Grinding is a process of cutting metals by means of an abrasive tool, the cutting element of which is grains.
At present time doesn't have data on degree of size of wear and her communication with overall performance of the mechanism and also the problem of increase in durability and life extension of a number of important details isn't completely solved that leads to their utilization. 3.

The percolation threshold is mainly influenced by the shape, size, arrangement, and number of particles, as well as the quality of the matrix [2][3][6].
Particle size (average grain size D 0.5) was determined by laser diffraction according to ISO 13320:2009, on device Malvern Mastersizer.

Then to create nano-crystalline structure amorphous ribbons are annealed, which should ensure an emergence of a large number of crystallization centers while maintaining a low speed of forming crystals.
At this, clusters are potential centers of nucleation and the inter-cluster amorphous space prevents the growth of emerging grains which subsequently is a preferable condition to create nanocrystalline structure.

A great numbers of practices have proved that FEM simulation is helpful for the mastering of the forming process [7,8], predicting and eliminating forming defects [9], optimizing process parameters and die structures [10,11] and ensuring the successful forming.
The growing of the grains during forging process must be prevented to ensure the high mechanical properties in commission.

This pattern, revealed by multiple X-ray sampling of samples, has become 08 sk steel for a number of years, indicating the preservation of the physical state of the crystal structure (substructural properties) of steel 08 sk produced by such stresses, regardless of the duration of loading.
A noticeable increase in the values of FWHM of aluminum AD 1 at the same stresses s = 0.3s0.2 and s = 0.8 ... 0.9s0.2, as in structural steel 08 sk gives grounds to note the similarity of the processes of the occurrence of elementary acts of microplastic deformation in hexagonal and volume - centered crystal structures at comparable grain sizes (Fig. 4 and 5).

Solid foam granulate of approximately 10mm X 10mm X 10mm cube size was grained using rotor mill to form smaller particles, of 6 mm, 2 mm and 0.50 mm.
The vibration test was measured by using Dynamic Portable Data Logger (Dewetron model number 24070037) and was performed according to ASTM C4728 standard test method for random vibration testing.

When fine pozzolan a particles are dispersed in the OPC, they generate a large number of nucleation sites for the precipitation of the hydration products resulting in better distribution of fine pores which produces a homogeneous, dense microstructure.
In addition, denser packing within the cement results from the fine grains and reduces the wall effect in the transition zone between the paste and aggregate.
