Another important effect of the deposition pressure can be observed in the microstructural characteristics of the films: the ones made at 1 mbar are not fully compact being easily removed from the substrates, while those deposited at 2×10-4 mbar exhibited a large number of fractures due to the high level of residual mechanical stress.
In this particular case, the different stress levels and the nucleation and growth of the perovskite crystal lattice having particular orientations were most probably related to changes in the extent of Ti diffusion through the Pt grain boundaries during the deposition of the metallic films at different temperatures, as previously reported for PZT films made by RF magnetron sputtering [8].

The molecular chain of cellulose II has bad arrangement regularity, and the growth of crystal grain is not sufficient, thus the crystallinity index and degree of crystallinity of cellulose II have different decrease compared with cellulose I [8].
SEM pictures of the fiberss before and after degradation It can be seen from Figure 2, parts of the surface of cotton, ramie, viscose fibers are porous and grooved after degradation for 20 days; while the number and size of holes on the surface of the three fibers increase substantially after degradation for 40 days, meanwhile, the groove increases and the fragmentation phenomenon appeared.

Result and discussion 1.3 Calculation of the maximum pH value obtainable on the interface Due to the inhomogeneity of the metal surface, deficiencies, such as grain boundaries, impurities, sediments, intercrystalline compounds, and natural oxide films were discovered, among others.

When the aging temperature is 425℃, a large number of rolling belt exist in the matrix because reply recrystallization is not enough , so elongation ratio is low.
At this process condition, the alloy had an excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and conductivity propertyof the tensile strength, elongation, hardness and electrical conductivity reaching 549 MPa,15%,82.34%IACS and 215HBW respectively. 3.2 The analysis of one step cold rolling aging organization Fig4 TEM of alloy with rolling as-aging at 475℃ for 16h Fig 5 (a)SEI (b) EDS analysis of small particle in Cu-0.4%Cr-0.2%Zr-0.15%Mg alloy with rolling and aging Fig 6 (a) BES (b)EDS analysis of small particle in Cu-0.4%Cr-0.2%Zr-0.15%Mg alloy with rolling and aging After aging treatment for 16 hours, the some rolling belts appeared recrystallization, and formed new grain.

In scientific literature, DSA in Inconel 718 superalloy has been approached by a relatively small number of researchers [1-8] and various mechanisms are proposed.
Studies have shown that the OAIC process in Inconel 718 is caused by the diffusion of niobium and oxygen to the grain boundaries [12, 18], where this causes the formation of a brittle niobium oxide (Nb2O5) leading to cracking.
