Abu El-Rub et al.[9] have divided tar removal catalysts into nine groups, namely calcined rocks, olivine, clay minerals, ferrous metal oxides, char, fluid catalytic cracking catalysts, alkali metals, activated alumina, and transition-metal-based catalysts, particularly nickel (Ni).
Xu et al. [22] developed nickel-on-modified olivine (Ni/MO) catalysts prepared by wet impregnation for benzene steam reforming.
In the experiments of Li et al. [25], different ratios of MgO and CaO were mixed to simulate dolomite as Ni support.
Wang et al. [27] prepared Ni-Co/Al2O3 catalyst for steam reforming of biomass tar.

Eight Ti-Al-Mo-Fe alloy candidates were pre-designed according to the Bo-Md method.
At least three samples of each condition were tested for an average value of ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS) (that is, 0.2% proof stress in this study), elongation (El).
However, it seems too hard to find the effect of Al addition on strength or ductility.
Nevertheless, in both 1% Fe and 2% Fe contained alloys, the elastic moduli E declines with increasing the Al addition.
But theoretically mentioned as above, the elastic moduli of Ti should increase drastically with increasing Al content.

Wear of Mg-5%Al-5%Nd Alloy with Nanocrystalline Grain Size C.Y.H.
This paper explores the wear characteristics of nanocrystalline Mg-5%Al-5%Nd, synthesized by mechanical alloying.
This work seeks to contribute to this field by examining the wear behaviour of nanocrystalline Mg-5%Al-5%Nd alloy.
Nanocrystalline Mg alloy samples of nominal composition Mg-5%Al-5%Nd were prepared by mechanical alloying.

Introduction Aluminum alloys are widely used in aerospace and automobile industries due to their low density, good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance [1-3] .Copper additions up to about 5.0 wt. % lead to alloys with very high strength and good toughness when subjected to natural or artificial aging [4,5].The Al-Mn, Al-Ti-B, Al-Zr and Al-V master alloys and pure Cd are added to Al-5wt.

[3] Defect and Dislocation Density Parameters of 5251 Al Alloy Using Positron Annihilation Lifetime Technique M.
Introduction Positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAS) studies have been completed on binary Al alloys to measure the activation energies for the migration of solute atom-vacancy complexes[1,2] as well as to detect vacancy-rich clusters in Al-Mn Al-Zn-Mg, and Al-Cu-Zn alloys after quenching or after aging at relatively low temperature[3-4].
