To realize the interface slippage, the FEM simulation should be well conducted on basis of the experience and skills for engineering.
Regarding the fatigue limit for the engineering material having some defects, Equation (2) was proposed for the stress ratio range -1≤R≤0 [32].

Biomimetic material has natural coordination with the environment and human body from preparation to application of material on the basis of biological compatibility and biomimetic materials that have been researched and developed mainly include biological ceramic and its composite material, tissue engineering material and biomimetic intelligence material, etc.
Tissue engineering material is a sort of biomimetic materials that are used to replace the tissue organ of some sorts of organisms or recover, maintain and improve their functions.
The common tissue engineering materials include tissue leading material, tissue induction material, tissue isolation material, tissue repair material and tissue alternating material, etc.
So far, there have been a lot of reports about application of LCA in material science and engineering and about the entire life process of LCA method in assessing a certain material product or its technical process.

Keywords: Structural steel, yield strength, ultimate strength, civil engineering structure, material testing, statistical evaluation, characteristic value, design value, nominal value.
The attention is mainly paid to the testing and subsequent determination of steel strengths, especially from the viewpoint of the statistical evaluation aimed to obtain the strength values leading to the reliable structural design [3], in the meaning of general rules given by the European Standard for the structural design of civil engineering constructions.
Introduction According to European Standards for the design of civil engineering structures (see [5], [6], [7]), the strength values used in the static assessment are given by characteristic and design values in the case of most materials.

Thus, engineers have to keep in mind that all parameters should be chosen very carefully to achieve results that close to practical ones.
In this case, engineer could have a clear thinking about TPS design.
It means that engineer should define boundary condition very carefully according to the structure; otherwise, undesirable result may result in over-weight structure.
