We established that at a certain deposition rate and substrate temperature, the two-phase magnetic structure can form in which hexagonal cobalt grains are distributed in a cubic cobalt matrix.
When processing the experimental data, we established that the line intensity (defined as the area under the corresponding absorption curve from a unit surface) per unit thickness of cobalt in the multilayer structure has the dependence presented in Fig. 2 irrespective of the number of pairs of layers n.
