Therefore, taking FGD gypsum and fly ash as cementing materials, compositing wheat straw as reinforcing material and adding the necessary admixtures to manufacture gypsum block has the dual benefits of the economic and environmental.

As cementing materials hydrate, the waterproofing, evenly dispersed in the paste, also begins to gather in structure pores and forms closed pores and structural gaps.
