This paper elaborates the core technologies of the IOT, describes the application of IOT, analyzes the three major issues of IOT development constraints, and makes a few comments to promote the development of IOT. 1 Introduction Through sensors, RFID technology, Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, IOT (Internet of Things) can real-time acquire any object or process that requires monitoring, connection, interaction, collecting the sound, light, heat, electricity, mechanics, chemistry, biology, location and other needs information.
Compared with ordinary home, smart home not only provides a comfortable and pleasant and high quality family living space, but also achieves a more intelligent home security system; it makes the home environment from passive static structure into a dynamic intelligent tool that provides a full range of information exchange capabilities. 3.2 Smart Transportation At present, the application of RFID in the field of security is mainly high-speed toll collection system.

Improvement of the activity of naringinase by covalent immobilization on sodium alginate in biomaterial engineering and its applications Shengjiao Lei1,a, Siyi Pan2,b 1 College of chemistry and life science, China Three Gorges University.
The decrease in Km value on immobilization displayed that the matrix structure caused lesser steric limitations and the substrate was free to interact with immobilized enzyme by covalent binding. 2.6 Repetitive use of immobilized naringinase The activity recovery rate of immobilized naringinase by repetitive use was calculated (Fig.6).

., real-time monitoring any objects or processes need to monitor, connect, interact with, collecting various information needed such as its sound, light, heat, electricity, mechanics, chemistry, biology, location, etc., and combine with the Internet to form a huge network, to achieve intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management to objects.
IOT is a network system, and like with other network systems, based on functionality architecture, it can be divided into three-layer structure: application layer, network layer and perception layer.
