Silicon nitride ceramic is a wave-transparent materials with the best combination in the structural ceramics, it suitable for fabricating elevated temperature antenna window materials for their excellent properties, including high-temperature strength, high hardness, excellent dielectric properties, low coefficient of thermal expansion, etc [1,2].
Porous silicon nitride ceramic with low density, with dielectric constant between 2.5 and 8, dielectric loss <0.008, sufficient mechanical strength, is regarded as the most promising new wave-transparent materials, it has been fabricated by different methods, such as adding the fugitive pore-forming method [3], gelcasting[4], freeze-casting[5], silica reaction sintering, etc.
However, the pore-forming agents while preparing porous silicon nitride used to be excluded in oxidizing atmosphere, and this method will increase the oxygen content of silicon nitride powder surface, at the same time, the pore-forming agent is difficult to eliminate, the carbon remained in samples affects the electrical properties of materials.

Xiangqiao Yan [9] considers the heat transfer properties of composite materials has the same anisotropy as their mechanics properties a finite element formulation has been established for the three dimensional heat transfer in orthotropic materials with heat transfer differential equations expressed in heat fluid density in Galerkin’s way.
The numerical results of examples show that the heat transfer anisotropy of materials has an important effect on distribution of temperature field.

The acid hydrolysis changed the crystallinity index and crystallite sizes of the DMCC particles compared to their source materials.
In this study, we used DG as based materials for preparing the distillers grains MCC (DMCC) particles and their structures were investigated.
This clearly shows that the different shape of the MCC particles can be influenced by the different raw materials.
