In order to get accurate threshold voltage drift data after high-temperature gate bias experiment, test of threshold voltage must be carried out immediately after the experiment.
Effects include reduced effective mobility due to reduction in the free carriers in the channel, decreased channel mobility due to coulombic scattering, obvious shift of the threshold voltage (VT), and stability of the threshold voltage.

X-ray diffraction (XRD) data was collected by D8 ADVANCE X-ray Diffractometer working with the Cu Ka radiation.
The maximum mass reduction is 0.97wt% for H2O2-treated sample and 0.66wt% for as-prepared sample, which is quite close to the results reported by Karppinen et al [5].
To avoid the influence of peak 2, the calculation of relaxation for as-prepared sample without the data of 1.0, 2.0 and 5.0 Hz.
Based on the synchrotron X-ray diffraction data, the lattice parameters for the two subsystemswere reported previously [5]: with the decrease of oxygen content (increase of OVs concentration), the b axis parameter of RS Ca2CoO3 subsystem decreases distinctly.

The main work of three-phase flwo laboratory experiments is to study the slurry transportation and other aspects of drag reduction.According to the study ,it need to establish a small diameter experimental system,the diameter of the pipe is 50mm,the experiment system includes the following sections:main transportation pipelines, cutting and suction device, air entrainment device, capacitance testing device, frequence control module and data acquisition module

Using cross-correlation method to calculate the flow velocity and flow rate of the slurry in the same situation at the different time(including five different time).Comparing the results of related calculations and the actual measurement the data are as tab.1 below: In the tab.1,it give out the result of the flow velocity and flow rate in the same condition at different time.Comparing the flow rate between the cross-correlate method and actual measurement it shows that the maximum error is 18% and the minimum error is 2.3%.The error analysis prove that the cross-relation method is feasible and reliable,the tesing result have high accuracy.

Examining the data of table 3 it is evident that the impact energy increases with the density at both sintering temperatures.
Decarburization is very common in Cr steels sintered at high temperature since the high temperature activates the reduction of Cr oxide by carbon [6].
This is confirmed by the present data.
Samples of B sintered at 1350°C fits very well with the previous data while the same sintered at 1260°C show better impact energy than expected, probably because of the presence of a higher amount of bainite respect to pearlite, as confirmed by both metallographic analysis and microhardness.
