In PCOC, amount of the oil, gas and water wells are over 50,000 and they are widely distributed, difficult to manage.
It was responsible for the whole process of oil, gas and water production from wellbore to joint station.
Production management system, with oil and gas basic production unit process control as a core, was focused in single well, pipeline and station (tank) and etc. basic production unit process control and management, which provided data to middle terminal and post terminal. 2.1.1 Digital management of well site ① Data acquisition: Real-time data acquisition including oil well loading and displacement, pumping unit three-phase electrical parameters, pipeline pressure, pressure and quantity of water injection well, pressure of water injection valve, water withdrawal quantity of the source well and water pump three-phase electrical parameters. ② Monitoring: Intelligent video server. ③ Remote-control: Remote pumping unit start-up and shut down, remote control of water injection well, intelligent control of source well.
Digital management of station ① Data acquisition: Pressure and temperature of influent oil, liquid level of oil storage (water) tank, outlet and inlet pressure of oil transportation (water injection) pump, pressure and temperature of effluent oil, detection of flammable gas in station.
Technicians in operating zones, stations and wells got released from the daily production running and maintenance, thus made up of professional group to solve the key technical problems.

It existed with water soluble and alcohol soluble.
In order to eliminate water soluble tannin, first oak barrel soaked in water for 2~3 weeks.
Then, pour out the water from the barrel, make barrel mouth downward, and make use of pipe to access into steam heating until out of condensed water is colorless (about 30 minutes).
Finaly, rinse with water and dry with air.
First, the mildew barrels were washed with water, then immersed 10~15 days to make use of 60%~70% alcohol, poured out alcohol, then washed and cleaned with 40~50℃ hot water until tasteless; or ignited sulfur rope inner ladle crane stainless steel keg for 24 hours in the oak barrel, rinse with water, made barrel mouth downward and treated with steam for 30 minutes, then cleaned with water.

Introduction Compared with other offshore platforms, drilling ships have features such as the general transport ship shapes, flexible moving, simple berthing and so on, the water plane area is bigger than other platforms and the variation of variable weight (impermeable casing, drill pipe, drilling water, mud materials, cement and other drilling equipment weight) has lesser effect on the ship's draft.
Now in the respect of dynamic characteristics analysis for dual derrick, mainly depends on professional soft wares to proceed dynamic analysis, approximatively simulate the practical working conditions then check the stability of dual derricks by calculation as well as dynamics experimental research, which includes field experimental method and the scaling model experimental.
Looking medium scale jack-up platform as objects of study, K.G.Grenda [5] investigated dynamic response of derrick under the wave loads, the results shown that in the waters at a depth of more than 50m, wave load dynamic amplification factor had a potentially important effect.
