In this paper, by introducing carbon production and Baking process and equipment, the channel for SO2 to generate from Baking fume is explained, sulfur content control requirements for various materials in production are expressed; after analyzing inspection data, it is summed up that SO2 in Baking fume mainly comes from fuel gas, calcined petroleum coke and coal tar pitch do not contain SO2 basically, metallurgical coke has great influence on SO2 concentration in the fume only in the first application, and the influence shall disappear after repeated use, which provides theoretical basis to solve the environmental problems generated because of SO2.
When the SO2 acid gas discharged from chimney rises to the air and encounters with water vapor, it will form H2SO4 droplets, which shall acidify rain water, and form acid rain during rainfall. 1.2 Harm of acid rain Acid rain will cause wide harms to the environment, causing huge economic losses, such as corroding buildings and industrial equipment; destroying cultural relics and historical sites in the open air; damaging plant leaves, leading to forest death; endangering fishes and prawns in rivers and lakes; breaking soil components, leading to crops output reduction or death; the ground water caused because of drinking acidizing objects is harmful to people.

Based on the data of long-term resistance of foam concrete and change of its durability in time, for calculation and projection of designs, estimated performances and coefficients of operating conditions of foam concrete are established in Table 2.
As a result of their comparison to normative data [8], it is established that foam concrete in comparison with other types of light macroporous concrete does not possess the raised long-lived deformable.

The resistivity cell (filled with the MWCNT powder) for the electrical conductivity versus pressure measurements To apply different pressure values, the resistivity cell was placed in Zwick Roell Z2.5 universal material testing machine and coupled with Agilent A34970A data acquisition/switch unit to measure DC electrical resistance.
In the Raman spectra, G band shifted from 1573 cm-1 for neat MWCNTs to 1578 cm-1 due to the functionalization of CNT backbone by high content of –COCl groups, the further functionalization rate decreased as noted by TGA data, which confirmed lower shifting rate of G signal intensity, compared to that of pristine MWCNTs (Table 1).
The study of the electrical conductivity versus pressure (Fig. 4) indicated a reduction of electrical conductivity from 1000 S/m for the MWCNTs to 30 S/m for PEDOT-g-MWCNTs at the maximum compression of the powders (4 MPa).

Experimental results showed the localization effects were better than only using any one kind of data.
We firstly select several sample locations in localization area and orderly place a simulated source in each sample location to record acoustic energy measurement data by sensor nodes.
Using the recorded measurement data in each sample location to construct feature vector and inputting the vector into LSSVR models, general localization effects in all sample locations can be evaluated and regarded as evaluation criterion of modeling parameter values.

Using the data of 1949-2009,60 years of time series data, for the independent time variable (t), food production for the dependent variable (Y) make linear regression analysis, According to the forecast results in state farms of Heilongjiang province, the average grain yield was an increase of 1.142 million tons, the predicted values and the error between the actual production take confidence interval 95%, food production and actual predicted yield no more than 31000 tons.
