The foam was cut into smaller cube size and was grained using rotor mill to form granulate of 6 mm, 2 mm and 0.50 mm.

The Ref. steel and samples tempered at 200 °C had large number of small precipitates in the microstructure, which were presumably transition carbides formed during the first tempering stages.
Also, the carbides precipitated at the grain boundaries might be coarser for the conventionally tempered samples [8].

Previously it was determined that overburden chalk of the Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Works contains over 92 % of CaCO3 and is noted for significant variability of the grain-size composition.

In the case of presence of great number of eutectic clusters of Al-Mg2Si eutectic in the HAZ or very near the fusion line, due to formation of liquation cracks in such places, rupture may take place in the HAZ or directly in the fusion line.

Introduction
Diamond has a number of properties that make it a potentially remarkable material for use as a
radiation dosimeter including high-temperature operation stability, high radiation hardness, the
resistance to high irradiation fluxes and its tissue equivalence [1,2,3], which indicates that there is no
need to apply energy dependent signal corrections as a radiation dosimeter.
The reason is that the higher [100]-orientation film has less grain boundary and defects [8], and thus reduces the scatter of carriers and behaves better electrical performances to have the higher photocurrent and sensitivity.

The images indicate better dispersion of Ag with less agglomeration throughout its surface and also indicate that the silver nanoparticles are homogeneously distributed in TiO2 grains.
