Each defect, except for the third type, leads, ultimately, to a defect in one of the devices formed in the structure cells.
The sum of relative amounts of defects pre-determines the yield of suitable structures () during the formation of discrete zones by selective wetting.

(iii) Strain decaying [20], which displays a exfoliation, a brittle deformation action, appears in separating phenomena of the nano-sized foliation planes and a brittle fracture feathers (Fig.1d) in the latest period of the nanocoating development. 5.2 Nanocomposite coating, nano-smearing film and nano-modulated films (commonly 3-20μm in thickness) in chemistry [21, 22, 23] may be roughly called them a chemical composite plating, and the latter had applied in practice early, and the “tribo-glazing” in tribology is a good example.
Likewise, the most of the nanocoating (shear thin shell) in rocks are the light colour minerals such as quite, calcite and muscovite etc. 5.3 The nanocoating texture in rocky materials may be attributed to the higher compact degree in micro-granular structure [25], and thus it is capable to constitute a shelter plane of top capture capacity for a reservoir.

It has been shown that highly porous gels of SiO2 [16], TiO2 [17], ZrO2 [18], Nb2O5 [19] and Ta2O5 [20] form the apatite on their surfaces in SBF, when they take some specific structures.
This indicates that Si-OH, Ti-OH, Zr-OH, Nb-OH and Ta-OH groups with a specific structure are effective for the apatite nucleation in the body environment.
The gel layer is stabilized as an essentially amorphous and sodium titanate layer without giving significant change in its graded structure, when the Ti metal is subsequently heat-treated at 600ºC for 1 h, [24].
Nanoapatite-Polymer Fiber Composites Bone is a composite in which nanosized apatite particles are deposited on organic collagen fibers fabricated into a three-dimensional structure.

One of the ways to produce ceramic materials with fine-grained structure is the application of nanopowders.
Introduction Application of nanopowders allows production of ceramic materials with a fine structure and in many cases with properties differing from the classical materials.
One of the aims of application of nanopowders is to obtain materials with fine grain structure and one of possibilities could be mixing of the standard and nanopowders.
Such a powder is less active and agglomerated, but with remaining nanocrystalline structure (the crystallite size of β-Si3N4 is in the range of 20-60 nm).

Irregular Si-Si distances, and Si-O-Si angles reveal the irregularity of structure in the glass.
However, it does not provide intrinsic change in its structure as shown in Fig. 1 Silicates have silicon atoms surrounded by oxygen atoms, either free or bridging.
The difference in mass between two residue weights are especially large for SS1 and SS2, since there must be larger amount of water included in the structure with larger content of Na2O, which has the smaller ratio of SiO2/Na2O.
It would be a result of change in silicates structures, where new units of Si with neighboring oxygen connected to P or B atom which was substituted of Si in the samples with P2O5 or B2O3 additives.

The figure below illustrates one of the possible structures of lignin.
Free radicals are known to attack stable molecule structures of a substance by stealing an electron.
Once the attacked molecule loses its electron, the substance’s chemical structure then is changed.

Fly ash refers to the inorganic, incombustible matter present in coal that is fused into a glassy, amorphous structure during the combustion process [5].
Several types of coatings such as acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, etc. have been tried as surface protection materials to inhibit the intrusion of corrosive ions [14], however the use of inorganic material to substitute organic coatings seems an alternatively way of improving the durability of concrete structures [15].

Thus, it is necessary to refine the eutectic mixture structure.
What is more, in the alloy structure also Q-Al5Mg8Cu2Si6 phase occurs [8], as well as fine, lead phases (Figs. 3c, d).
Additionally, many intermetallic phases are observed within the alloy structure.
It indicates, that massive silicon crystals are the weakest elements in the alloy structure.
