Introduction The novel type of SiC/Al co-continuous composites with the excellent integrate properties, such as light weight, high strength ratio, fatigue resistance, thermal shock resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion, becomes the investigation focus in the field of materials science [1, 2].
So it is necessary to understand the mechanical behavior of the composites essentially when they were used as the engineering materials [3, 4].
Among them, the transformation behavior of the composites with the volume fraction 12% is the most obvious, which is the representative characteristics of the plastic materials.

Materials and methods Materials Rice materials used in this study was Nipponbare (Japanese variety, Japonica), Nacl and other reagents used for detecting were chemical purity grade, four levels of salt solutions with 0 mM (untreated control), 100, 150 and 200 mM NaCl were prepared by addition of the calculated amount of NaCl to water.
Determination of peroxidase activity 28 days-old seedlings were respectly treated with 0, 100, 150 and 200 mM NaCl, materials were collected after 3 days of treatment.
