However, research on service properties of materials and equipments with BDF is quite limited, although it is very important due to the raw materials and components of BDF is complex considerably, especially BDF has high hygroscopicity, easy to absorb water from the atmosphere to generate organic acid during the storage and use lead to cause corrosion [6-12].
It is very necessary to further study on fatigue strength and fracture mechanics of BDF devices because those were affected by many factors such as raw materials, temperature and humidity and so on during practical application [17-20].

The fluorescence spectra of these materials present a series of narrow lines assigned to 5D0 → 7F0,1,2,3,4 transitions.
Therefore, luminescent property of rare earth elements are more than the other elements in a large number of luminescent materials.
At the present time, luminescent property of Eu 3+ and Tb 3+ organic complex are studied, which are incorporated in inorganic layered solid porous materials and amorphous Si-glass [4,5] .
However, a few rare earth complex incorporated in high-order mesoporous materials such as MCM-41 have been reported in the literatures.
