However, the application of micro-EDM is restricted for its own shortcomings such as poor material removal rate and high electrode wear ratio etc.
Therefore, the energy transmitting to electrode increases, causing more melting of electrode material, thus aggravating electrode wear.

Key words: FHP-Vc inorganic composite silicate heat-insulating board energy saving residential building
Abstract: This article introduces the method of the building enclosure construction of energy saving residential buildings based on the FHP-Vc inorganic composite silicate heat-insulating board and its practical effect in projects.
1 Comprehensive Performance of FHP-Vc Inorganic Composite Silicate Heat-insulating Board
FHP-Vc inorganic composite silicate heat-insulating board is a new type of composite silicate teat-insulation material for walls developed by Southwest University of Science and Technology and Daren Corp.
Using light silicate material as the main raw materials, it is a new type of closed-cell mesh rigid porous energy-saving wall material formed by composite foam using scientific formula (Figure 1).
Types and standards of FHP-Vc board Product Code Specifications Model (㎜×㎜×㎜) Remark FV-A25 250×250×25 For Walls FV-A30 250×250×30 FV-A40 500×500×40 For Floor FV-A50 500×500×50 The technical performance indicates that FHP-Vc board has good thermal insulating properties and fine compressive, flexural and freeze resistance as it is of the same material as the base material and integrates naturally with the structural material, sharing a synchronized aging period.
The surface is porous, making it convenient to paste with cement mortar rather than special adhesives in the construction and the good combination with the structure of base level, providing an effective solution to the problem of insulation material which is easy to fall off or hollow.

In this study, truck brake pedal is made of Cast iron and plastic materials to replace the frame for the optimization process that minimizes the runner and the gate dimension will determine the size and shape.
The most common processing method using plastic material is the injection molding.
The size of a gate influences not only on the volume of the raw material injected into the cavity but also on the pressure added to fill the raw material.

It’s an effective method for measuring and monitoring of structure response of asphalt pavement with sensor to evaluate materials performance and to verify the validity of mechanical model.
Incompressible materials, such as sand applied to snow and ice covered roads, in the cracks may cause further breakups during summer heat as the pavement expands and lead to the early-stage damages of asphalt pavement.

These sciences have different tasks: one of them should eliminate the microdestruction of constructional materials and building constructions, the others should prevent or cure human diseases connected with as called the syndrome of sick space.
All structural materials and construction are liable for biodestructions under favourable conditions (certain temperature and humidity regime), the materials of new technologies are liable for this kind of aggression early or late.
Natural materials (wood, natural fabric and etc.) are liable for destruction because of biological media in a greater degree, but polymeric compounds are attacked mainly by microfunguses.

Abstract.
Sputtering target material is zirconium dioxide target material (a diameter of 100 mm, thickness of 8 mm and the purity was 99.99%).
Generally, the material there are obvious differences in the refractive index of the material in the thin-film state, which is mainly dependent on the preparation method and the preparation process.
