Hot forming process with synchronous cooling is implied to improve the formability of lightweight materials with poor forming performance at room temperature.
Aluminum alloy is regarded as one of the most suitable lightweight materials for the vehicle’s weight reduction for its mechanical properties.
The lift of cooling rate with certain limits can raise the material’s mechanical properties.

Precision aspheric moulds made of hard or brittle materials are mostly ground with diamond wheels[2], but residual tool marks on the aspheric surface are unavoidable, so subsequent polishing is needed for required accuracy[3] [4].

Earthquake need to prevent leakage of the gas is mainly the industrial production of larger reserves, are highly poisonous, and the liquid boiling temperature lower immediately leak caused by the proliferation of a wide range of chemical raw materials or intermediate products, such as chlorine, hydrogen cyanide, ammonia, and carbon disulfide[1].
Application example Cities of chemical building materials plant, for example, using a Gaussian plume model simulation of the poisonous gas diffusion process, based ArcGIS10.0 system.
Response measures: the production and storage of poisonous, flammable, explosive materials, factories and warehouses, should be kept away from the urban residential; should be carried out within the city limits of these existing units conditional relocation, relocation difficult should be isolated, closed, reinforcement measures.
