At present, if people want to implement energy-saving construction, the principle method is use renewable energy, carry out energy-saving standards, adopt energy-saving technologies, processes, equipments, materials and products, and strengthen the operation and management of building energy systems in process of the building’s life cycle(planning, design, construction, renovation and use).
So we can allocate material, equipment, staff and so on rationally.

During the laser ablation, the material surface originates a phase transformation from solid to vapor and the plasma is an outcome of the gas phase, which absorbs the energy directly from the laser radiation and from the reflection of the material surface.
