Abstract: This experiment wastewater treatment plant set up a device of researching different periods of dirt on the different heat exchanger tubes.
The moisture test of dirt were derived from tubes of different materials (copper alloy tube, stainless steel pipe, polyethylene-aluminum composite pipe) is between 92.50% and 96.70%, This shows that the quality of per unit area of dry dirt to describe variation is feasible.

In this study, both experimentation and numerical simulation were performed to extend the understanding of the behaviour of polymer materials and to optimize process condition effectively during the thermal imprint process.
While an advantage of the thermal imprint process is its capability to pattern a wide range of materials through direct patterning, the longer processing time related to the thermal cycle is considered to be a major drawback.
Numerical Analysis When a constant load is applied to viscoelastic materials, the material undergoes instantaneous deformation followed by continual viscous deformation over a period of time.

CFRP composite materials widely used as structural materials for airplanes, ships and aero
space vehicles because of their high strength and stiffness.
Introduction The composite materials are widely used in automobiles, aircrafts and space vehicles because of their many advantages, such as high strength, high stiffness, lightness, anti-corrosion characteristics and workability.
And assuming that CFRP laminated materials are used for actual structure materials.

Now so many scholars have thought that there is almost no acoustic emission events for rock materials in the initial stage.
But a large number of AE signals will be emerged for coarse grain material at the first stage.

As for some components that are directly retrieved for raw materials, dismantling process is also needed.
What's more, a reasonable percentage of the materials are obtained by crushing and sorting, which caused the value of material decreased.
In the meantime, on account of impurity which is mixed in at the stage of crashing and separation, the renewable raw materials acquired in this process have a lower economic value compared to the uncracked materials.
