Kasim Uthman Isah el.al.[17] prepared CZTS by sulfurization of thermally evaporated metallic precursors on glass substrates.
The current–voltage characteristics of the Al/n-Si/Cu2ZnSnS4/Al diode exhibit a good rectification behavior with ideality factor of 2.84 and barrier height of 0.738 eV.
The obtained results indicate that the Al/n-Si/Cu2ZnSnS4/Al diode is a photosensor based on controlling of interface states by illumination.

Shan et al. [11] reported that the total polyphenol content in 80% methanol extract of cumin seeds was 2.3 mg/g; El-Ghorab et al. [12] reported that the polyphenol content in methanol extract reached up to 35.5 mg/g whereas n-hexane extract was the lowest one (10.6 mg/g); Bettaieb Rebey et al. [6] had the different result when investigating the effect of solvent on extracting efficiency of cumin seeds.

In contrast, Chiu et al. [11] found that the energy absorption of their CFRP tubes was independent of strain rate.
For example, the effects of composite thickness and orientation of glass fibre wrapped around square aluminium tubes on their axial crushing behaviour were studied by Shin et al. [13], Kalhor et al. [14], Mamalis et al. [15] and El-Hage et al. [16].
Tensile tests were also conducted by Hussein et al. [4] to acquire the material properties of aluminium alloy sheet.
For comparison purpose, the results of tubes quasi-statically crushed by Hussein et al. [4] are also included in Table 1.

The precursor used in this experiment was aluminum isopropoxide (Al(OC3H7)3) (98+%, Aldrich).
The aluminum precursor was added to the distilled water of molar ratio Al:H2O=1:100 refluxing at 353K.
Yamaura et. al. reported, amorphous Pd-Ag membrane was measured 1.7 and 2.7 x 10-7 mol/m·s·Pa1/2 at 573 and 673K, respectively[1].

The layer was analyzed to consist of Ti, Al and Fe oxides, which played a lubricate part inducing the friction coefficient decrease on the friction surface.
Test procedures A bulk Ti3AlC2 sample used in the present test was in-situ synthesized by hot-pressing the element Ti, Al and graphitic powders.
It is noticeable from the analyzed result that there is a large quantity of O, and Ti, Al and Fe, but only no C.
The surface layer was found to be composed of mixed oxides of Ti, Al and Fe (transferred from the counterface of steel disk).
